Y/n was in the middle of doing her hair when there was a knock at the door, "y/n! Your friends are here!"

"Okay give me a minute!"

She quickly finished doing her hair and put on her stripped flannel, she had on a plain white shirt tucked into her shorter Jean shorts and her high top converse and white tube socks.

She made her way downstairs and kissed her mom on the cheek before heading out, "bye y/n be safe! I love you!" Her mom yelled as y/n walked out the door, "bye mom I love you too!"

"What's up losers"

Eddie sighed almost like he was relieved, "Oh, finally a normal greeting."

Y/n grabbed her bike and walked up to them, "so what're we doing today?"

"Ben wanted us to go over to his house, apparently he has something to show us." Stan shrugged

"It's probably his sex dungeon or something" Richie laughed

"Gross Richie" y/n cringed, the rest of the losers shook their heads

They rode over to the address he gave Eddie, Bev met them there. Ben was waiting outside his house and the losers followed him up to his room, Richie and Eddie talking about god knows what

The losers were looking around his room, the walls were filled with different papers about the history of Derry

Richie looked around the room, "Woah, woah, woah, wow!"

"Cool huh?"

"No, no. Nothing cool. There's nothing cool."

"This is cool right here. Wait, no. No, it's not cool." He said pointing at something on the wall

Y/n and Bill we're looking at a projector slide holding it up to the light from outside revealing a map of Derry

Richie and Eddie saw that the two were seemingly talking and getting along again and smiled at each other

"What's that?" Pointing at a charter for Derry

"Oh, that? That's the charter for Derry township."

"Nerd alert." Richie joked

"No, actually it's really interesting. Derry started as a beaver trapping camp."

Richie turned to Eddie and Stan, "still is, am I right boys?" He said putting his hand up for a high five, Stan just shook his head while Eddie ignored him.

Ben continued, "ninety-one people signed the charter that made Derry. But later that winter, they all disappeared without a trace."

"The entire camp?" Y/n asked

Ben nodded his head, "There were rumours of Indians, but no sign of an attack. Everybody just thought it was a plague or something. But it's like, one day everybody just woke up and left. The only clue was a trail of bloody clothes leading back to the well house." He explained

Richie spoke up, "Jesus. We can get Derry on unsolved mysteries."

"Let's do that. You're brilliant." Eddie said sarcastically

"I might be."

Stan Eddie and Richie were chattering, continuing on with their conversation, "I don't know. Maybe he's just trying to make some friends, Stanley." Said Richie

Bill then spoke up to ask Ben, "w-where was the well house?"

Ben shrugged, "I dunno, somewhere in town I guess? Why?"

Bill turned away looking at the pictures on the wall, "nothing."

Once the group were done, they all parted ways to go home before dinner.
