Y/n's POV

A week after Wendy and I started training for the S-Class trial on Tenrou Island, we headed to Hargeon to get on the ship that would take us to Tenrou Island. Everyone taking the trial and their partners climbed onto the ship before we set out for the island. As we were making our way to the island a heat wave came over us leaving pretty much all the girls hot and out on deck trying to cool off from the heat. "Why is it so hot? Wasn't it snowing the other day? It feels like my skin is going to melt off." Mom complained, as she sat out on deck in a bikini. I shook my head confused at the position that she was sitting in. "I'd love to turn into a popsicle, but then Happy would just eat me." Mom said.

"I'd pass." Happy added.

"Lu... I know it's ridiciously warm, but do you have to sit like that?" Levy asked.

"You think it's warm? It's freaking boiling here year round, cause there'e like never any wind." Cana pointed out. Wendy let out a small groan because of the heat that was beating down on us. "Celestia, come here for a second." I said, waving for her to over to me. Wendy walked over looking cute in her swimsuit that we bought in case we had to swim before coming to the ship. "What is it?" Wendy asked, sounding a bit worn out. I smiled before turning her around and pressing my hands against her back. I took a deep breath before using some of my magic to help cool the water in her body. Wendy let out a big sigh as I saw her relax from her now cooled off body. "What'd you do, Zuli?" Wendy asked.

"I used my magic to cool the water inside your body. It should keep you cool for a couple hours at the very least." I said, kissing her cheek.

"What! You can do that?" Mom asked, looking at me.

"Of course, I learned that from Kaida super early on into my dragon slayer magic training." I answered.

"Could you come do it for me?" Mom asked.

"Sorry, but this is a bit of a competition." I answered, shaking my head. Mom groaned before continuing to complain about the heat. Everyone else joined in complaining about the heat. I stood back with Wendy while soaking in the sun without all the heat. "We've arrived." Loke spoke up. We all moved towards the front of the ship to look at the island that we'd be doing our trial on. "Woah it's weird looking." Gray commented. I looked at the island noticing that it looked like the tower of heaven, but instead of a giant tower there was a tree on the island. "Sure took us long enough." Gray said.

"That's the ugliest island ever." Mom said.

"You think? It looks kind of manly to me." Elfman added.

"An island on top of an island, huh?" Evergreen asked.

"it's amazing, so much magic power. I can feel it all the way from here." Wendy said.

"Yeah, I can't believe how much there is." I added.

"Most impressive." Someone else added. Happy went to console dad since he was still trying not to throw up. "There's a legend about this place. That it was once populated by fairies." Gramps said, getting up on top of the guard rail.

"Is the legend true?" Mom asked.

"Nobody knows, but it is of to our guild. The resting place of our first master. Mavis Vermillion." Gramps said.

"And you're going there dressed like that?" Gray asked.

"Said the nudist to the stylish man." Gramps joked. I giggled at Gramps' joke before turning back to look at the island. "Anything else? I'd like to reveal the first round of your trial if I may." Gramps said.

"There's more than one round?" Wendy asked.

"Of course there is. I should've seen that coming." I said, letting out a sigh.

"If any of the master's events were deemed simple he'd probably keel over." Mest said, walking up next to Wendy and I. I looked at him, sitll unsure about who he really was in my mind. "Please direct your attention to the smoke coming from the shore. Your first task will be to head to it's source. Once there you will choose one of the nine routes leading into the island. Each is meant for a single team only so don't dawdle and pick one. After you've made your choice you'll have to conquer these obstacles." Gramps said, showing us a maps of what the routes lead to. Three of the routes had either big sis, Gildarts, or Auntie Mira to fight while the other only had combat or serenity written on them. "Teams that make it through these tests in one piece will advance to the second round." Gramps announced. Gramps went on an explained that the combat routes would have two teams facing off against one another while the intense combat would be a team facing off with an S-class wizard. The Serenity route had no combat, but would still have a test for us to complete. "Passing this challenge requires quality team work. And a whole lot of luck." Gramps said.

"This should be fun, but let's try to avoid the S-class routes." I said, looking at Wendy. She nodded in agreement while everyone else talked about what was going to happen. "Aright! You ready! Your trial starts right now!" Gramps called.

"What?" Gray asked.

"Hold on it starts before we get on the island?" Loke asked. Gramps laughed as everyone started getting ready to get off the ship before I saw dad flying off with Happy only for them to hit a wall. "An enchantment." Cana pointed out.

"Yeah, so it's already started." I said.

"It isn't permanent. Five more minutes on that boat won't kill you!" Fied called as he and Bickslow flew off. Dad and Gray complained about the enchantment before Gray asked for Gramps to do something about the enchantment. "Chill it's not a race." Gramp's said. Happy pointed out that Levy could rewrite the enchantment and looked towards her. Everyone else did as well while I just sat down on the ship. "Shouldn't we be getting ready to get off?" Wendy asked.

"No, Levy's probably just rewriting that enchantment for herself and Gajeel. Not much point to trying to break out of here. Evergreen did the same thing as Levy rewriting the enchantment for herself and Elfman. After five minutes passed the enchantment faded and everyone rushed to get off the ship. "Let's get going, Celestia." I said, looking at Wendy. She nodded as I took her hand and pulled her over the boat. We landed in the water before I moved Wendy in front of me and used my magic to propel us towards the island. We easily made it to the island before a few people as we found the routes that led into the island. "Which route should we take?" Wendy asked, as we looked between the routes. Some of the routes had been closed off already before I looked at the ninth one which was letter i. "Let's take I and see where it goes." I said. Wendy nodded and the two of us headed into the cave to make it deeper into the island.
