It was after dinner when the khan siblings were ready to leave for the ice cream treat or should I say the punishment for the older ones and treat for the younger ones
"Inu meri behen aajaa yaar shaadi mein nahi jaarahe hum" Arman said whining
"Aur nahi to kya konsa ready hone se rishte aane lagege madam ke" Arsal added and got smacked on his head by Ali
"Bakwaas baate mat Karo bachi hai wo" said Zayyan
"Sorry sorry late hogaya" inu said descending from the stairs , she was wearing a light pink hoodie with her hair tied up in a messy bun and not to forget her favourite lip balm
"Behen itna time ye banke aane mein laga diya" Armaan said making a weird face
"Han kyu achi nai dikhrahi" asked Inu
Before armaan or Arsal could answer her Ibrahim said "agar do minute mein tum log car mein jakar nahi baithe to ham kahi nahi jaarahe" he warned them
The three immediately ran out followed by the elder brothers
Ibrahim was driving and Faris was in the passenger seat, in the middle seat Zayyan, Inayat and Ali were seated and the last seat was taken by the twins
"Bhaijaan music play kare na please" said Armaan
"Nahi bilkul bhi nahi warna tum teeno apni jungli harkate karna start kar doge" said Faris shaking his head sideways
"Arrey koi baat nahi ham yu hi gaa lenge" Inayat said started singing bekhayali and the twins joined her making the elder ones amuse
After 30 minutes they reached the ice cream parlour which was in the outskirts of the city, going inside they got seated in their regular place
Ibrahim went to place their order and Arsal decided to help him though it was not needed.
After 10 minutes they came back , Ibrahim ordered vanilla for himself, mango for Faris, mint chocolate for Zayyan, pista for Ali , a mix of vanilla and strawberry for both the twins .
Inu got her all time favourite a mix of all the flavours.
Everyone started enjoying their
ice creams when Inu spoke with sheepish grin " wo aap sab ko yaad to hai na next week mera birthday hai"
"Kya chaiye" Ibrahim asked
"Are gifts to surprise hote hai bhaijaan wo aap log decide karlo" Inayat said taking another bite from her bowl
"To kya bolna chahti hai aap" Faris said looking at her
"Wo kya hai na meri friends ko bahar jaana hai mere birthday ke din" said Inu
"Nahi" all the four brothers said together
"Hayyy kyuuu" inu said dramatically
"Kyuu beta ye aap khud se puucho" Ali said giving her a tight smile
"Sachi iss baar koi gadbad nahi karungi" said Inu
"Nahi" again the four repeated to which inu pouted
When they were having the conversation a group of young boys and girls entered the parlour
"Inayat" a boy said coming near their table, He was around 18-19 years
Inayat looked at him surprised and stood up saying "Saad"
"Assalamualikum" said Saad smiling
"Walaikum assalam" Inayat replied with the same smile
"Kaisi ho" Saad asked
"Mai bilkul first class tum batao kaise ho"
Inayat asked smiling widely
"Mai bhi bilkul theek hu" Saad replied
"Well mujhe na tumhe thank you bolna tha sach mein bohot help ki tumne" Inayat said
"Arrey hamare beech thank you kabse aagaya" he said and gasped saying "kahi tumne mujhe replace to nahi kardiya"
Inayat just laughed totally forgetting the presence of her brothers who were glaring at the boy "kon hai ye" Ali asked the twins
"Hame bhi nahi pata bhaiyu pehli baar dekh rahe hai" Arsal answered
Their attention again went towards their sister and the unknown boy who were smiling and talking
"Acha mai chalta hu agar kuch bhi doubts ya kuch baat karni ho to call ya text kar lena" Saad said
"Done and please wo books jo tumne kahe the" Inayat said
"Ayy tum apni hall ticket Lena kab Jaa Rahi ho batado I will get them there" Saad said
"Ayy ur the best" Inayat said showing him a thumbs up
"I know chalo Allah hafiz" Saad said and left
Inayat smiling widely turned towards her brothers who were already looking at her
"Kya hua" Inayat said going back to have her ice cream which was already melting
"Kon tha wo" Ibrahim questioned
"Wo Saad the mere senior" replied inu
"Senior?" Zayyan said
"Ha bhaiya actually mujhe ek baar kuch doubt tha mere friends bhi samjha nahi pai to jab I asked my teacher to help unhone Saad ko help karne ko kaha cause wo busy the , after that meri bohot baar help ki hai Saad ne isliye ham friends bhi hai" Inayat explained
"Aur hame kyu nahi bataya' Arsal said
"Aise hi" Inayat replied
"Aur kis books ki baat kar rahe the" faris asked
"Wo Bhai kya hai na Saad unki batch ke topper the to Mai unse unki notes maang Rahi thi" Inu replied.
The boys did not ask any further questions.
"Acha ab hogaya ho to Ghar nikalte hai" Ali said
Everyone nodded and left
On reaching home the younger ones ran to their rooms whereas the elders ones stood in the hall area
"Mai dekhta hu uss ladke ke details" Ibrahim said
"Magar bhaijaan Inayat ne to sab bataya na" Ali said
"I know Ali, inu me hame sab kuch bataya lekin ham sab jaante hai inu ka extrovert nature wo kisi ko bhi dost bana leti hai" Ibrahim said
"Bhaijaan sahi keh rahe hai aur ham to bas use protect karna chahte hai and we all know wo kitni sensitive hai" Zayyan said
Faris and Ali agreed and then all of them left to their respective rooms
Next morning everyone gathered for breakfast except the younger ones.
It was peaceful and dadu was asking about last night
Armaan joined them sitting in his place
Zayyan saw him coming and said "kya kiya hai tumne armaan"
Everyone's attention went towards him
"Mai kya karuga bhaiya" armaan replied innocently
"Ab to pakka tumne kuch kiya hai" Ali said
Armaan gave him an offended look and was about to say something when they heard someone shouting "ARMAANNNNNN"
