So since we have Friday off from school I decided to go outside and connect with my theriotypes because I haven't in a while, so I watched st and watched some mental shift meditation and as soon as she finished I couldn't think straight.
Like all I can remember is howling, trying to see where I was and backing away from everything, I know I jumped on a bench and back off.
But the shift lasted ten minutes
Yes ten minutes of me howling in my rude neighborhood.
So obviously people were telling other people to shut there dogs up, meanwhile I was over here shifting.
Anyways, after the shift I fell to the ground for about five minutes not being able to move, but I finally was able to.
So yea that's basically everything that happened with my first really strong shift!
