I'm genuinely excited for this because I haven't meditated since last month, I cameo shifted yesterday tho in da shower, wings, but y'all read that in the last entry.
Okay so first things first!
10/10: this worked really well, within the first five seconds instincts shot through me and I was running around and growling and I couldn't really think straight , I was putting my paws in the air and then pushing down and for a moment saw a snowy field and paws.
5/10: pretty good! I got a paw shift for a split second but other than that nothing else really happened.
Yeah!
