Dumbledore P.O.V

It's officially 4 days before Hogwarts reopen, which means it's time for me to finish working on my schedule for the upcoming school session that I've been putting off on hold for as long as I could. I've been so busy looking into that mysterious connection that I've lost track of time, no matter what I do or where I look I always end up on a dead end. Since that fateful day I haven't felt the connection at all, it's as if I imagined it, but that can't be especially for it to occur twice, that's simply not plausible. My research would have been so much easier if it were to occur one again, but hopefully for more than a few seconds or even better yet if it were to just land into the palm of my hands, sadly lady lady life doesn't work that way.

Everything keeps on getting out of hands: first that damn connection, some of my books are missing, then there's a new heir to Dumbledore who's identity I'm not aware of and recently it seem that Armando has been on my case about how I behave around the students, he wants me to be nicer to those dark core Slytherins especially Riddle, but I see nothing wrong with how I behave around them, they are treated the way that they should, I can promise him that Tom Riddle will become the next dark lord because of the way he behaves and how dark his core is, anyways back to working on the schedules

The one thing I look forward to is this semester it's going to be semi enjoyable, as the Slytherins have Transfiguration together with my former house, this give way to the perfect opportunity for Gryffindors to win the house cup with the amount of points I'm sure that they are going to receive especially the top Gryffindor students such as Evans, Lupin, Smith, Tindall and especially Blackwood who's as smart as Riddle and Snape (as much as I hate to admit it they are extremely intelligent, they would have had such a brighter future if their core wasn't as dark as they are)

As I was going to the list of students to make sure of the amounts of students that I'm going to have to teach and making notes of who are being transfer out of the class due to either personal reasons (which allows them to have private tutor ) or reasons that they have to be taught by another professor that would put their needs before the other students. Among the list a couple of names stood out to me, especially some from Ravenclaw who have gone through their inheritance and has claimed their heirships/lord-ladyship who might come in handy later on if I were to need them to help pass lighter bills, making my way down the list one name changed it all

What in Merlin heaven is the meaning of this?, where did Grindelwald-Wright come from and why is Tom going by that?, what is his connection to Gellert?. What in lady faith is going on this year?, Merlin I knew since I first saw Tom Riddle sitting on that small bed at the Wool Orphanage that he looked and reminded me of Gellert, but they couldn't really be connected could they? If they were I would have known from the start. Is this some kind of sick joke to mess with me or is there another Grindelwald out there?, Did Gellert cheats on me with a woman and that's how they are connected?, no he wouldn't, he couldn't, Would he? Only way to find out is question the man himself. I guess it's time that I visit Gellert the schedule can wait

It's day however how many day I've been imprisoned here with only Albus as a visitor, each day I wonder how my treasure is doing. Each passing day I wonder what I can do or say to lessen my sentence, each days that goes by I wonder if I will ever get out her, each day that goes by I wonder when will people realise that they need both Light and Dark lord to balance out the Wizard's world magic, each day that goes by I wonder when will they realise that I never hurt anyone I just retaliate when they hurt me or my people. Each day that goes by.........haah
