"They took her off the meds this morning," Koho explained, sipping leisurely from her freshly purchased cup of coffee, leaning against the wall as she could spot Aizawa staring past her into the window behind her, watching the young girl soundly sleep

"So when is she going to wake up," he grumbled, taking a swig from a cup his former classmate brought in for him

"Dunno" she shrugged "that's up to Eri now" Koho smiled "but I'm sure it'll be soon, her body is already twitching every time someone walks in, so she is showing responses to external stimuli." Bonking her head lightly on the hospital wall the overworked doctor closed her eyes slightly "I'd recommend calling Yamada over to look after the girl so you can be around for when Eri wakes up because you're the only one who's going to be able to withstand her quirk if it acts up," she yawned

Looking down at his shoes the man sighed "that sounds like a good idea" he huffed, his multiple all-nighters taking a toll, especially after staying up all night to take care of a sickly child who he couldn't seem to keep from crying , her sobs echoing out every other minute whether it be from fear, discomfort or because he wasn't in her field of view when her eyes flickered open. He didn't mind it, he would sit through months of sleepless nights so long as she could get better soon

"Did her fever calm down?" Koho queried, humming as she sipped her drink

"It's getting there," he grumbled, "she had a tough night though," and he could hear the pitiful 'tsk' of the doctor as she shook her head in disappointment

"She'll get better," the woman declared, "I swear on my pride as a doctor"

"All you did was give a Tylenol"

"Yeah and," Koho pouted, sticking out her tongue "if it works it works"

"It hasn't worked yet"

"Medicine takes time," she rolled her eyes. "I'm the doctor here," she huffed, putting one hand on her hip before angrily gulping her coffee

"Okay, okay" Aizawa chuckled, he was never really close to Koho during his adolescence, but granted he stuck to his little friend group, even if time only made it smaller. He was glad though, that she still held him in high regards, thinking of him as a friendly acquaintance even if during their high school years he grew closed off, even to Mic, once the incident occurred

"You don't have to yell" Aizawa grumbled, moving the phone away from his aching ear

"I'm excited, god, you don't have to be such a party pooper," Hizashi sassed, rushing around the house in search for something interesting to bring. "I'm going to be staying with my little listener for the whole day, who wouldn't be happy," he hummed, nearly tripping over his own two feet as he slid down the wooden floored hallway with socks, slamming open the guest room door, scouring the closet they used for storage

Letting out a sigh Aizawa shook his head with a soft smile

"Is she doing better now?" the voice hero questioned through the phone, device tucked between his shoulder and chin as he rummaged through boxes
