Plot: After being freed from the deceased Kaiser Dormammu's grasp, Fire God Liu Kang decided to create a new Era for a certain Universe. Some things changed for better, and other things changed for worse. One thing is for certain, there will be different true heroes, different fake heroes, different villains, and different vigilantes. However, someone named Ryuga Alucard became part of a project which turned him into a new Cyborg Kamen Rider.
