Getting a job (yoongi)

Yoongi's POV........

Pfwwe........that was too much work. I finally succeeded in shifting my luggage basically a single bag into the dorms.

I know It's not that much but it's too much for lazy ass like me. I'm officially done with setting my things in the dorm room and I came to know that I have to share my room with 2 more people.

My Ocd just made things take too long so I had to set things and arrange them neatly even though The dorms are just fine they are not as neat and clean but my odc just kicked in and i had to clean the whole room bcz of it.

Then I decided to freshen up but the bathroom is just once Istepped in to it I almost puked 🤢 It smelled disgusting.

I took a deep breath in and then with a bit of washing powder I cleaned the whole bathroom finally I got to bath in a neat place.

I have a pretty weird habit of cleaning things and making it shine before using them.

I took a cold bath bcz of hot weather. In Deagu the weather is not as extreme as in Seoul as it is a meta city 🏙.

I wore a simple black hoodie with jeans.

Now what I have to find a job for my self as the scholarship only covers my education and shelter not the food and clothes.

With this intention I went to a cafe.

It was just okay but once I talked to the manager about the job he looked at me with weird eyes as I'm applying for a modelling job.

"No we can't give you any job here. You look like a begger to me after all"he said

"I can do anything you want but sir pls I need this job"I pleaded him but he pushed me and I fell

"Go away kid"he said coldly

After being rejected by I don't know how many cafes and restaurants I got a job in local Restaurant for washing dishes as their dishwasher broke.

"Kid don't waste my time and get changed Dishes won't wait for you"said the owner of restaurant

"What Am I supposed to do. I mean do I have to wash dishes right now"I thought 💭

The man threw an apron towards me.

I was quite dirty one but I wore it.

I stepped in to the kitchen to see a pile a bundle or may be a whole Flood of dishes waiting for me to clean.

Yoongi breathe,breathe I instructed my self before stepping in and grabbed the first geasy oily plate out of the pile of other dirt plates.

A sticky greasy sponge was there too Which I guess I have to use to wash dishes but I think I should wash this sponge first.

I washed the sponge with hot water then with soap then with cold water.

"Hey.......kid haven't you done yet. I can't wait forever"said owner

What he thinks I am a robot to wash all the dishes at once.

"No Sir just about to start~I shouted

"What you want me to fire you at the first day of work kid"said owner

"No sir I'm sorry"I said and quickly dipped the sponge in the soap and scrubbed it on the dishes and spoons.

Then after that I rinsed it off with water. I took me soo much time bcz of my oCd. I can't control it sometimes.

After that I dried the dishes and was about to sit when

Hey ......kid go and clean these dishes too. Said that old man and handed me another pile of dishes

I'm going to die. Eomma .........I whinned to my self but again cleaned the dishes until mid night. I was soo exhausted by the end that I couldn't even stand properly now my legs were cramping due to constant standing up. And about my hands they were ready to shed skin due to being in dish wash and water.

"I wasn't that hard on you today as it was your first day" he said

What .........if it wasn't hard then what would hard can be? I asked myself

Then he handed my some cash it was quite small amout just sufficient for a cup noddles and some drink 🥤.

I really need this money so I decided to save it up and skip dinner just to have breakfast next morning.

I need energy for next day so I can use this money on breakfast and sleep rather than having dinner.

I practically limped towards the dorms.

The boys i shared my room with were all asleep so I just fell on my bed and slept not caring about my surroundings.

Such a long day for a short guy🤣
