A few hours later, Eunyeong laying on the bed while the heart monitor beeping. After the surgery, the result of the surgery went well which ease the others own worries but, now they have to wait for Eunyeong to wake up. They all sit on the couch while Heeseung sit on the chair as he held Eunyeong's hand.

And then, they heard Eunyeong's soft groan. They look up and saw Eunyeong slowly open her eyes when she saw the others. 

"Guys?"

"Eunyeong-ahh!"

They quickly went to her bed as Heeseung help her to sit up. "Are you okay? How are you feeling right now?" Sana asked while held Eunyeong's shoulder. "I'm fine, just a little dizzy. But, what happen while I was unconscious?"

"Remember Riel beat you up very hard?"

"Yes."

"Well, before she could beat you again, Sana and the others quickly stop her. Not to mention, Heeseung threaten her by saying putting something sharp inside of her mouth if she doesn't stop talking," Chaeyeon quickly explain.

"You don't mean shove something sharp inside her mouth," Seojung corrected her tomboy friend causing Eunyeong wide her eyes in shock after hearing like that. "Wait, you seriously said like that?" Eunyeong turn to Heeseung who look away, not wanting to explain. "Seriously, Seojung?" Sakura deadpanned at her.

"Sorry about that."

"So, after that, what happen?"

"Good news. The Doctor decided to have a surgery which you finally healthy without any heart problem," Taehee smile. After hearing that, Eunyeong couldn't help but, feel overjoyed and relief in her body when the tears appear at her eyes causing the others went panic. "E-Eh?! Shin'yu, naze naite iru nodesu ka?! (E-Eh?! Bestie, why are you crying?!)" Sakura look at her in worried and panic.

"Tears of happiness," Eunyeong corrected her while wiping her tears away as she smile brightly. The others were taken aback, seeing Eunyeong's smile since it was their first time seeing Eunyeong smile except Heeseung who look at Eunyeong in awe, never thought her smile can be that beautiful. Meanwhile, Chaeyeon, Seojung and Sakura burst to tears as the three hug Eunyeong, not bother pushing Heeseung away as Soobin quickly caught him.

"We never thought we could see you smile like that again!"

"I thought you will never smile like that forever!"

"We're so glad to see you smile like that again!"

The three girls cried while Eunyeong change her expression into irritated look. "Okay, I appreciate you three own, okay, I don't know what the word but seriously, let me go!"

"Okay, you three, stop now," Jimin sighed as Jaemin and Arisu dragged their girlfriend while Taehee was about to drag Chaeyeon when Sana already dragged her away which it hurt Taehee a little bit. "You sure you're feeling okay," Soobin asked in concern. "I'm fine. I don't feel any pain around my body," Eunyeong stretch her body when the door barge open, revealing Eunyeong's parents and her siblings.

"Oh, my baby, are you okay?" Mrs Kang went to hug Eunyeong who was completely bewildered. "Eomma, what are you doing here?"

"Your friends quickly told about you having a surgery but, what I'm angry about is that brat who beat you. Why didn't you tell me you've been bother all the time?"

"Because I might worried you. And also, Abeoji will definitely murder her," Eunyeong said while glancing at her Dad who was staring at Heeseung deadly while the boy stood there nervously. Eunyeong couldn't help but sigh at her Dad's action. "Abeoji, don't look at him that way, please," Eunyeong said making Mr Kang snapped out of it.
