In the entire mess that had Donghyuck stressed for days, he finally felt relief when he heard the news that Jay's suspension had lengthened, actively being questioned by the police.

Seorin who heard the news from Renjun had all the stress returned to her that she had tried to lose on her trip, she was overcome with guilt yet once again.

It had been a few days since she came from her trip, and it was Jisung who showed up at her door on a random Saturday in the middle of the day. Of course, she wasn't the one who answers the door but a knock comes at her door, a mop of blue hair poking in.

"Hi, Mei" he greets demurely, uncertainly standing by her door. She gets up and although there's a shyer smile on her face, she approaches him.

"Hey," she replies just as quietly then gestures for him to come in, from behind Renjun makes a neck-slicing motion at her to which she rolls her eyes, cursing at him with her gaze as she closes the door.

"How are you?... sorry I sound so awkward," he sighs tiredly, he makes himself comfortable by standing by her desk as she takes her seat on her bed. Feeling alert by his mere presence, she pats the spot next to her, and he sits, visibly nervous.

"So... how was your trip? Tell me all about it," he asks. She got excited since it was the first trip she'd ever been on in her life so she shared her experience as well as a few funny moments (Renjun almost burning their tents down) and he listened carefully, trying to imagine.

"That sounds lovely, it reminds me of the camping trip I went on when I was little. I think the next time I go it'll be with you since you seem to be an expert now," he says as her eyes go wide.

"Woah, are you indirectly hinting at a future date? That's pretty bold, buddy," she says making him laugh awkwardly.

"I mean, of course.... Do you like surprises?" Jisung asks and she shakes her head, stunned at the sudden question.

"I tend to not like them," she answers regardless.

"I see..."

They become silent but Jisung doesn't find it awkward, he appreciates it but he could see her playing with her fingers, fiddling nervously.

"Um, since we haven't seen each other in a while, do you wanna—?" She understands, settling her hand on his, barely touching. She almost laughs at how surprised he looks.

"What's with that reaction?" She asks, pulling her hand away, his eyes widened, stunned.

"N-nothing, I just didn't expect you to hold my hand first," he mumbled as he was caught off guard. "I didn't finish my sentence."

"It's just holding hands," she rolls her eyes and he turns more dumbfounded.

"It feels weird when you do it out of nowhere! It feels like an electric shock, it's weird!" He reasons to defend himself and she tries not to smile.

"Okay, okay. I won't hold your hand ever again. We will bond through the air." She sighs sarcastically.

They're both anxious and shy, she was trying too hard to be a mood maker, and he wasn't sure how he should act, otherwise, he's highly perceptive and knew how to match the mood, he didn't understand hers as quickly.

He has a cautious smile on his face that has her breaking into giggles, he nods in disappointment. "Damn, I didn't expect you to be the sarcastic type. I thought you were serious for a second."

"You're just easy to tease."

"Okay, lets air bond so that it doesn't surprise anyone," he rolls his eyes.
