Nakatanggap ako ng formal written notification mula sa LRC Prime, naka-saad dito na napili ang Fuentes Builders para sa itatayong multi-million condominium project sa BGC. But, it's not final yet. Sa mga susunod na linggo, we will be entering into contract negotiations para i-finalize ang mga terms and conditions. At para masiguro lahat, I have already instructed our team of engineers and architects to prepare all necessary documents and materials, including blueprints, designs, material estimates, and any other relevant information required for the project.
Although I don't have an engineering background since I studied business, natutunan kong patakbuhin ang Fuentes Builders sa ilang taong pagtatrabaho ko rito sa kompanya. Initially, si Jillian ang may hawak ng Fuentes Builders. Pero nabago ang lahat nang umupo siya bilang CEO ng Fuentes Group of Companies. Meron itong tatlong subsidiaries which includes Fuentes Builders, Del Rio's Winery, and Fuentes Shipbuilders.
Jillian, as the CEO of the Fuentes Group, has the authority to oversee and manage the overall operations and strategic direction of the entire group. She has appointed herself as the president of Del Rio's Winery and Fuentes Shipbuilders, and she appointed me as the president of Fuentes Builders.
Ang Fuentes Shipbuilders ay nagsusupply ng mga parts at gumagawa ng mga yate. Ang mga clients nito ay madalas mga artista at pulitiko, nasa Zambales ang shipyard ng company. Ang Del Rio's Winery ay may malaking factory sa Valenzuela City, umaangkat siya ng mga grapes mula sa North Luzon at Mindanao. Siya mismo ang nagpatayo ng kompanya na ito para na rin makatulong sa mga grapes farmers sa bansa. At ngayon worldwide na ang demands nito. As for Fuentes Builders, isa itong malaking developer company na ngayon ay hawak ko.
Our dad Lesandro Conrad Delgado Fuentes is an Engineer, kaya nasimulan ang negosyong Fuentes Builders, at sumunod ang Fuentes Shipbuilder. Nakapag-expand din siya ng mga negosyo sa ibang bansa noon, but when he retired ibinenta niya lahat ng mga properties sa ibang bansa kasama na ang mga negosyo nila ni Mommy Adella Amor Mcbride Fuentes, ang biological mother ni Jillian. Nandiyan pa rin si dad na nagbibigay ng mga paalala sa aming magkapatid, lalo na pagdating sa negosyo.
Abala ako sa ginagawa ko dito sa desk ko, nagsusulat ako sa notebook ko ng mga gagawin ko next week. Kasama na rito ang pagkanta sa bar ni Yana, ang pagcompose ng kanta, ang paglilinis sa bahay, panonood ko ng movie, pakikipag-date ko and all.

Tahimik akong nagsusulat nang marinig kong may kumatok sa pinto. Napaangat ang tingin ko, si Beth ang pumasok, secretary siya ni Jill. Nilayasan kasi ako ng secretary ko dahil napagalitan ko, napaka-iyakin. Siya lahat ang gumagawa ngayon ng trabaho. Alam kasi niyang meticulous ako pagdating sa trabaho, ayoko ng mga palpak.
