Chapter 5

Continuation of Flashback:

It's been a hell week to us dahil graduating na kami at bagsakan na ng samu't saring activities, peta, at iba pa

"Cali!" Nagulat ako nung may sumigaw sa pangalan 'ko.

Nilingon 'ko iyon at.. "V-vaughn!? What are you doing here?"

"Am I not allowed to come over na ba?"

"H-hindi.. I mean diba dapat nasa building ka lang ng mga college?"

"Yes, I know but I have something to get here" paano magkahiwalay ang library ng mga highschool students at college pero hindi naman totally bawal na silang bumalik or mag punta dito it's just mas malayo ang library na ito sa building nila.

"Ahh.. okay" mahinahon 'kong sagot at tumango na lamang ako.

"I think you're having a hard time?"

"I-i do, pero k-keri pa naman!"

"I've been there before, i'm here to help"

"Thank you, pero hindi na talaga kailangan. I can handle it pa naman medyo stressful lang kasi sabay-sabay halos ng date of submission"

"I insist, Cali hindi naman na ako others para sayo. We've been friends na din"

"Hmm.. uhm ano bang gusto mong gawin?"

"Anything" nakangiting sagot niya kaya naisipan 'kong ipagawa sakaniya 'yung paglilipat ng document sa isang file para mas madali!

And we just finished on time.. "t-thank you so much Vaughn! You're a blessing in disguise"

"Do you have some other errands to do ba?"

"Wala na.. i'm going home na din wala naman na akong class"

"Ooh, then let me drive you home?"

"H-ha? May klase ka pa diba??" Medyo hindi 'ko siguradong tanong

"4 hours vacant.. i'm bored and don't worry we can go out naman"

"To be fair with you... let's just go to an ice cream shop nearby? My treat!"

"Oh sure if that's what you want" nakangiting sagot niya.

"You have a nice car huh" pag puri 'ko sa sasakyan niya. It's a BMW 7 Series I guess? I'm not into cars kaya hindi ako sure pero I know na bmw ito.

"Thanks for that.. uhm where is the ice cream shop located?"

"Here's the location" pinakita 'ko sakaniya ang location and wow? Alam niya kung saan iyon.

We finally arrived and went inside the shop but sadly wala si Ms. Kristel kaya nag take out na lang kami. Strawberry sundae topped with crushed oreo and for Vaughn ay isang vanilla sundae with hot fudge on top both in a cup halos same with kuya din ang hilig niya.
