Lucian's POV:

I sat down on one of the lounge chairs around the pool trying to get my tan in waiting until Ayden came outside with the drinks and snacks until Mya came in view holding a towel and a bottle of sunscreen, her long knotless box braids flowing down her back. I saw that she was wearing this yellow and black two-piece bikini that hugged her perfect curves, She had everything a straight guy could possibly want but after knowing her for a while I've come to learn that Mya was a lesbian.

"hey Lucian do you mind helping me with my back?"
She gestured to the sunscreen I nodded and stood up squeezing the cool liquid into my hands spreading it over Mya's exposed back hearing her squeal at how cold it was I giggled and applied more causing her to squeal again we started to break into a fit of laughter for no reason in particular until we were interrupted hearing a awkward cough come from behind us

Aydens POV:

I coughed awkwardly as I stared weirdly at the two causing them to turn around and look at me I couldn't help but feel a ping of jealousy rise in me as I stared at my sister and best friend tangled up with each other. I saw Lucian give me a questioning look so I just shook my head and sat the cooler down next to them

"Finally! what took you so long?" I heard my sister complain as she walked over to the cooler grabbing a cold root beer and opening it with her long nails

I rolled my eyes at her "I had to go to the gas station really quick since we were running out of drinks and snacks." Before she can respond we hear scratching coming from the inside of the house, I walk up to our backyard door and open it revealing a small cream colored golden retriever with a silver name tag with the name 'Dimple' imprinted on it jumping up at me wagging his tail and whining.

"Aw who's a good boy?" I cooed as I scratched his head and picked him up carrying him towards Lucian and Mya, I tilted my head a certain way so he couldn't lick my face

I heard my best friend gasp when I walked over to him he's never met my dog before considering we kinda got him recently and me n lucian Haven't hung out in a while

"Oh my god he's so cute! Can I touch him?"

"Yeah of course." I smile at him then place desean in his hands, I saw my best friend's eyes light up as he pet Dimple. I've come to learn that Lucian had a big soft spot for animals he's never had a pet of his own because his parents don't really like animals.
I remember he's been wanting a kitten ever since the age six but his parents would always say 'Your not responsible enough.' or 'Maybe when you get older.' And my best friend is now 17 turning 18 in less than 5 months

I chuckled as I saw Dimple paw at him playfully and lick his face "I think he likes you." Whenever I see Lucian acting all bubbly like that all thoughts about Ashley leave my mind.

   Lucian's POV:

I was now sitting on one of the lounge chairs with dimple laying in my lap asleep, I was scrolling through Tumblr occasionally looking up to stare at my best friend in the pool then suddenly my best friend and Mya walk up to me soaking wet.

"You getting in?" My best friend asked as he gestured to the pool I looked up at his toned wet abs distractedly he was wearing these green And blue trousers that were low enough for me to see a little happy trail, I could feel my pants tighten I hurry and shift myself so no one can see it .

"Nah uh I might get in soon though" I said nervously as I sipped on my margarita

"You just want to see my brother wet" I heard lamya whisper in my ear I snapped my head in her direction
