I wake up to the sun shining through my window, I mustve slept through the night..
I don't feel as hot anymore and my throat feels better but my head still hurts. My chest feels heavy too. I sit up in my crib with my knees and look around. I grab blue and my paci, I'm sure mommy is still asleep but I wanna see her so I'll just climb out of my crib
I'm sure she won't mind me doing it just this once, I throw my paci and blue on the floor. I then grab my blanky and throw it down too. I start to lift myself before I hear a throat being cleared... oops..
I look over to see a smirking mommy with her arms crossed over her chest. I plop myself back down in my crib and smile innocently because I am innocent
"What do you think you were doing little girl?" Mommy asks with a dominant voice. I like it when she does that hehe
"Uh, blue fell on the floor I need to save him?" I try lying but I don't think it worked.. mommy just shook her head before picking me up and setting me on her lap in my big rocking chair
"Princess you know better then to climb out of your crib OR lie to me" she says sternly once again. I look down but then felt her fingers lift my chin
"It's ok, I know you're not feeling well. Were you coming to get me?" She asks with a soft look in her eyes. I slowly nod before hiding my face in her neck
"Aww baby it's ok, mommy's here. Are you feeling better?" She asks while she rubs my back. I only hum in response getting a hum back from mommy. I listen to her heart as we sit there for a minute
"Why don't we get you changed and get some breakfest. Then we will figure out what to do from there" she says while standing up with me in her arms. She walks over to the changing table and lays me down
She gives me a new paci and blue to hold onto. She picks out a new outfit before starting to change my diaper. I giggle as king runs around in my room with his bone

"Oh! Guess what princess" she says excited. I look at her curiously before she continues
"Your dad is coming over this Saturday! I actually just got off the phone with him before you woke up!" She states with excitement again
I wiggle and clap my hands excitedly. I loved my dad! He was so supportive. He even helped me get out of my shell and put me into college. He told me he knew I could do it and if I didn't like it I could come back and work for him.
Thankfully doing classes online have been easy. But I don't really want to keep doing it and I was hoping to talk to him about it. I felt bad though
BUT! I get to see my dad and he gets to meet my mommy and daddy!
"Oh wait baby there's more! He staying over Saturday night and leaving Sunday night!" She said before kissing me nose
