I jumped up in my crib on my knees, today the day! It's Saturday, The day both grandma and papa are coming to spend the week before Christmas Day!
Mommy and daddy haven't realized I've woken up yet so I whined and called out for them until I heard the door handle clock. I look up to see daddy walking in with a big smile.
"Well aren't you just so adorable, why are we so excited this morning hmmm?" He asked in a teasing voice. I whined as he chuckled a before picking me up out of my crib. He tickled my sides as he walked over to the changing table.
"Hmm could it be that grandma and papa will be here today?" He asked
"Yesth! I see papa and grandma!" I squeal
"Mhm, now remember you have to be a good girl ok? Especially since Christmas Day is next week" he said as he continued to change my diaper
"I be so good!" I said happily
"Aw good, but you're always our good girl. Even when you cause trouble" he laughed
I whined before smiling, I continued to play with my paci and Barbie as he changed me into an outfit that he choose earlier.

But he put on some really fluffy sweater and some socks since it's a little cold now.
"Aww don't you look so so cute, mommy's going to love this little outfit. Come on baby let's go see her" he said as he picked me up. I stuck my paci in my mouth and laid my head on his shoulder.
I hummed a song as we walked all the way down to the kitchen. As soon as we entered I was set down on the floor, I instantly looked around for mommy only to quickly find her by the stove.
"Mama!" I yelled as I crawled downstairs her feet
"Oh! There's my baby! Your outfit, it's so cute!" She said as she bent down to give me a kiss and a hug
"I wear green mama" I pointed to my shirt
"You are, such a smart little girl" she spoke as she rubbed the top of my head while I hugged her leg. I soon realized she was making pancakes! I was so excited that I crawled all the way to my high chair all by myself.
"Slow down silly monkey, let daddy help you" daddy said before picking me up and lifting me into the high chair. I happily slammed my hands down on the table as I waited for pancakes.
"Ok ok, mamas coming!" Mommy yelled from the kitchen making me giggle. She soon came into view with a stack of pancakes that had cool whip and strawberries on top! Yummy!
"Ok, let's get a bib on first. We all know how messy you can get" mommy said before chuckling. She left for a second only to come back with a yellow bib with bees on it. One of my favorites! She wrapped it around and snapped it before handing me my plate.
I install dug in once it was in reach of my hands. I ate as I watched them both get their plates set and ready before they sat down. They talked and ate as I continued to devour the most delicious thing that was on my plate.
