Maddilyne's POV
My teeth are killing me right now I just had to get the bands changed an in three weeks I get the expander put it. I don't need braces I swear. We just left the dentists office an on the way home now.
We pulled up an I got out the car an went inside with Zach following me
"Maddi go to the kitchen" Zach says shutting the door

I walk into the kitchen an see Zaine an Caine siting at the island with aggravated looks on their faces I didn't do anything I'm pretty sure I didn't

"Why"i ask looking at them
"They went to court an filed for visitation rights"he says

"I don't want to see them your my legal guardian the papers are signed"i say standing up getting worked up
"We know but since they took it to court we have to go tomorrow to fight against it you will have to state that you do not wish to see them"he says sadly
"Why can't they just leave us alone"i cry out with tears falling

"I don't know baby girl but I promise we will all be right there with you the entire time"he says softly kissing my head
"When do we have to go"i ask sniffling

I give a weak smile to them an walk upstairs to my room an lay down on my bed. I then see a picture on my bookshelf it's a picture of all of us with them standing begin us when we were younger it was the last family vacation we took. I get up walk to my shelf grab the picture frame an smash it against the wall beside the shelf an watch the glass shatter an fall to pieces on the floor I pick the picture up an sit on the floor a few feet away from the shelf an just look at the picture we all looked so happy why did they have to do this. I feel rage build up an I start to rip the picture to shreds just as the door opens.
"Maddi"i hear Caine sigh I look up at him through watery eyes
"Why can't they leave us alone they never call or anything but now this"i say softly on the verge of tears.

"Their doing it to get back at Zach he has never stood up to our father everytime he downed him"he said playing with my hair I look at him confused
"Our father always expected high out of Zach when Zach brought home a 99% on his test he would ask Zach why isn't it a 100%" he started

We go eat dinner it was a quiet one after dinner I went up an got ready for bed an Laid down an fell asleep instantly.

I feel as if I just fell asleep an Zach just woke me up to get ready. I go shower blow dry my hair then get dressed. I'm wearing a spaghetti strapped black sundress but it's more formal with a tan cardigan an black flats. I straighten my hair an put little make up on then walk downstairs to see my brothers in the kitchen all dressed up.

We walk out to the car an drive to the court house. we walk in an have to wait outside of the room for another case to be dismissed. when they finally call us in our parents are already seated on one side we go to the other and sit down.
"Okay I am Judge Williams"the judge says
"So we are here to try for visitation rights is that correct"he asks
"Yes sir" Dan says
"Okay your side first"he says nodding to our parents
"We would like to have a week visitation rights to our youngest child Maddilyne" Nancy states

"Why was the guardianship of this child signed over to Zachariah"the judge asked
