Katsuki had figured by now that with the months he had gotten to know Izuku, he had to have known him pretty well. His mannerisms, routines, what he was willing to be open about, and what he would rather keep private, the usual stuff you tend to pick up about someone you consider a close friend.

With Izuku being an Omega, he was used to the male having to leave the campus for around a week and coming back acting as he normally did.

Katsuki had never been around an Omega in heat. He was familiar with the smell of it as simply walking around the city all your life, you'll pick up on those sorts of things, but when it came to someone he knew personally, it was new territory.

Sure, they had educational classes on the matter but it didn't go into detail on the mental changes, only really focusing on explaining the physical side effects.

He figured it had to be like experiencing a stomachache but for a full week non-stop, which was why an Omega getting as much comfort as possible was ideal.

He wasn't expecting Izuku every second he got to pounce on top of him and ask if they could do it.

However, that's probably his fault for not remembering the other part about having a heat is the more animalistic idea that the inner Omega wants to breed and make babies.

That's what he gets for not asking his parents more questions when they offered him advice, but he never thought he'd be in this situation.

He didn't expect Izuku to have a total personality shift. Izuku was more of a shy, quiet type until you got to know him better, then he wouldn't shut up, but it was always about something super nerdy.

This wasn't that at all. He was super submissive and half the words out of his mouth were overly sexual. It didn't help that the tent in Katsuki's pants seemed like he was practically inviting him to keep going, despite him constantly saying they shouldn't.

Of course, his inner Alpha definitely wanted to, but Katsuki knew it wouldn't be right. After all, he and Izuku weren't mated. Hell, they weren't even dating. He was starting to question if what he was doing now was even okay or if he was just violating Izuku's privacy.

Besides, even if they were mated, having sex with an Omega in heat would be super risky as heats make the chance of getting pregnant more likely. However, the perk of being a Prime means you have more control over your body, so Izuku could choose not to get pregnant if Katsuki couldn't pull out in time. But, Izuku didn't know he was a prime so would that even work?

Katsuki felt like punching himself in the face for even thinking about all of that. It made him feel gross, but to be fair, it was his Alpha feeding him the ideas.

He wouldn't do anything anyway. It would only cause more harm than good in Izuku's life and Katsuki didn't want to be the cause of any more problems for him than he may have already given him.

Besides, this mood shift was probably all just Izuku's heat taking over his mental state. He clearly wasn't thinking properly. If Katsuki was another Alpha, Izuku would probably act the same way as he was now, that's just how instincts worked. As much as Katsuki deep down would like to believe Izuku may like him back, he knew the truth was probably far from that. Izuku told him plenty of times that he didn't want an Alpha.
