Amyeong pulled out a bandage on his jacket and sat behind Keziah.
"I'll put a bandage on your eyes.", he said and the white-haired girl nodded in reply.
He then slowly placed the bandage and wrapped it around her eyes. After that, he stood up.
"Can you stand?", Amyeong asked.
"Uhh... I'll try.", Keziah replied.
She placed her two hands on the floor while kneeling her two knees. With the strength she left, she huffed as she moved her legs forward, forcing herself to stand.
When Amyeong noticed her wobbly legs, he immediately knew she couldn't keep it up for long. Just when Keziah was about to fall, Amyeong crouched in front of her, making her fall on his back.
"Hold tight.", Amyeong spoke again.
"H-huh? What do you mean?", Keziah tilted her head on the side.
"We'll escape here as quickly as possible.", he said.
He then lightly jumped his back to adjust Keziah's position as he gave her a piggyback ride.
As they rushed out of the room, masked men suddenly appeared and surrounded them. Amyeong stopped running and slowly took a step back. Keziah was quite confused when she could feel Amyeong's hesitation.
"What's wrong?", she asked.
"We're surrounded."
"What?!"
The men synchronously launched an attack on them. Amyeong tightened his hold on Keziah as he leaped on his spot. He then raised his one leg and swung it downwards, giving off a sharp attack towards the men, which in turn, cut their bodies off.
Other masked men appeared on the other side and came running at them. Amyeong clicked his tongue and ran in a different direction. However, other men appeared, trapping them on their spot.
Amyeong's eyes flashed as he tried to control their minds to stop what they were about to do. However, it didn't work. Instead, all of them launched an attack but before they could land a hit, they were blown up by another attack that came out of nowhere.
"Huh?"
Amyeong blinked as he watched the bodies of the masked men, now turned into ashes, fall on the ground.
"Ugh! This is annoying! Why do we even have to go here?!"
"It was our masters' command, Roist. You shouldn't complain like that."
