Zara Romanov, the Romanian Princess—hated one thing, defeat. All her life, she had been served her desires on a golden platter. Until, her 'bodyguard', Adriano Moratti, comes strutting into her life. He began to dictate her life in the name of safety, making Zara despise the man more dangerously.

"That pretty mouth of yours," Rio taunts, his tongue poking the inside of his cheek as if he was debating on finishing off his sentence. "One day, it's going to get you into a lot of trouble, princess."

The sides of my lips tip up in a feisty smirk as I register his words and lift my head up in defiance,"If you think l'm pretty, just say it."

"You want it clear?" His eyes darkened and he chuckled out, blowing out a long, harsh breath.
"You're pretty. Too fucking pretty for my ability to control myself."

My grin begins to drop slowly and my mouth parts open at his sudden outburst of words about my appearance, "Rio.."

"You're so effortlessly breathtaking." He continues, not giving me half a second to compose myself from hearing his previous words.
It did something to me, a feeling I hadn't felt before. "I could watch you count infinitely, and still not get bored."

I should be quite creeped out by that last sentence, but I was turned on. Exquisitely, turned on.

I don't say anything, perhaps, I didn't know what I was supposed to say. I've never had a man be so blunt about my attractiveness. What were I to say? That I wanted him to continue on with his sweet words? That I wanted him to—

"Is that enough clarification for you, Zara?" Rio cuts off my train of thoughts from becoming anymore improper than they already were. If my etiquette trainer were to be able to hear the inside of my mind, she would have had a heart attack.

this book will be coming soon and i would love for every one of you to follow me through another journey. i genuinely sobbed writing the last chapter because this book has become apart of me now. no one knows who i am, or who really wrote it. my friends/family don't understand how much i love to write. they don't understand the power you feel when writing a book—creating your own universe with opinions and stories reflecting yours. having so many of YOU guys admiring, valuing, and supporting my writing is as far as my dream to become an author could ever go.
