When your world turns gray,
I'm there without a word,
Listening to every sigh,
Every tear unheard.I'll stay beside you,
Hold your hand so tight,
Light the path for you,
Through the darkest night. But when my skies are stormy,
And shadows start to creep,
There's no one there beside me,
No hand to hold when I can't sleep.I lift you when you're falling,
But who will catch my fall?
I'm strong when you are broken,
But who will hear my call? For you, I'm always steady,
But when my strength is thin,
I wonder where the arms are,
That should be pulling me in.
