Jose's POV

"Alpha todo ya esta listo." My Beta and best friend said as I finished checking the last cabinet in my now empty office.

" Gracias, los hombres con las maletas ya se han ido?" I asked him

" Sí alfa que ya han dejado cerca de una hora" he responded

" Bueno, entonces es todo lo que hay que hacer. I said as I looked up at him.

He looked like he wanted to say something but held back. He looked at me as if he was searching for something. He sighs then looks down before saying.

"Are you sure you're making the right choice?"

"What do you mean?" I ask

"Are you sure moving the pack is a good idea?" I growl slightly at him questioning my order before answering with

"I am doing this for my..." He cut me off making my wolf growl slightly

"Mate yeah I know, but she is the same mate that ran away and hurt you for four months. The same girl who barely let you mark her." He ranted

For some reason, I didn't growl at how he was disrespecting my mate. I just sighed before telling him.

"That girl accepted me even though I had another females mark on me. She was so excepting that after I told her what actually happened she told me her life story. She let me mark her and let me be a part of her packs ceremony even though I am not a member and we aren't even fully mated. She accepted me and the stupid mistake I made. So if you don't think my decision to go back to her pack is the right one then you can leave."I said pointing to the door before looking at him

"Finally." He said making me confused

"Finally what?" I asked

"You finally excepted the fact that your mate is more important than your Alpha male ego." He said smiling

"I still don't understand," I asked truly not getting what he was trying to say

"Before you came back you told me that you told her she was gonna leave her pack because you were the Alpha male and she was the female, right?" He asks

I nod slowly before he continues

"You just made a decision and are fully one hundred percent behind it. You were even ready to let me go. You chose her over your Alpha male ego. You chose to move your entire pack to be with your mate." He says smiling

I smile as I realize that's exactly what I'm doing. I couldn't help it though I mean she excepted me and let me in. I was not just gonna let her go because of a pack difference.

Hell no we aren't. My wolf growled out

"Now Jose if you want to get to her before the morning we need to leave now." Jeremy, my beta, says gesturing to the door behind him

I nod still smiling before heading out with him behind me. As I walk out the front door of the pack house I turn around and take one last look before shifting and leading my pack to my mate's pack.

After about running for half an hour a sudden wave of pain hit me and it startled me because it wasn't my pain. It felt numb like it was not really hurting me.

Mate! Mate! My wolf yelled in my head

What's wrong? I ask

She's going through heat hurry we need to get to her before another male does. He said trying to take over.
