The crowd was electric, the sound of thousands of voices chanting in unison as the lights dimmed and the stage erupted in a spectacular display of lights. You stood in the VIP section, close enough to feel the heat from the flames, your heart racing with excitement as the familiar opening notes of  Comflex filled the arena. This was the moment you had been waiting for—watching Changbin perform, knowing he was up there giving it his all, feeding off the energy of the crowd just as much as they were feeding off his.

After the final song, the boys made their way backstage, drenched in sweat but high on adrenaline. Changbin spotted you immediately, his eyes lighting up as he jogged over to you. He was still slightly out of breath, but that didn't stop him from pulling you into a tight hug, pressing his sweaty forehead against yours with a cheeky grin.

"You killed it out there!" you praised, patting his back while trying not to wince at the dampness of his shirt.

Changbin chuckled, leaning back to look at you. "You think so? You weren't too bored, right? I wasn't boring?"

"Bored?" you laughed, shaking your head. "I'm surprised the stage didn't catch fire with how much energy you put into it!"

He grinned widely, and without warning, he puffed out his cheeks in his classic aegyo style. "Do you really think so? Was Binnie really good?" His voice pitched higher, his babyish tone making you giggle. He knew exactly what he was doing.

You playfully rolled your eyes but couldn't help the fond smile spreading across your face. "Yes, yes, Binnie was very good," you said, patting his cheek. "Now stop being cute and go shower before you stink up the entire venue."

Changbin pouted for a moment before giving in with a smirk. "Fine, fine. But only because you asked so nicely."

He turned to follow the rest of the boys to the dressing room, but not before he threw a wink over his shoulder at you. You shook your head, still smiling as you watched him walk away. No matter how many times you saw him on stage, that playful, almost childlike side of him always made you feel warm inside.

After a bit of mingling backstage with the other members and some of the staff, Changbin finally reappeared, freshly showered and dressed in his comfortable post-show clothes. His dark hair was still slightly damp, hanging loosely over his forehead. He approached you with a more subdued energy, the excitement of the show now giving way to exhaustion.

"Ready to head home?" he asked, wrapping an arm around your waist and pulling you close.

You nodded, leaning into him. "Yeah, let's get out of here."

As the two of you made your way through the back exit, avoiding the lingering crowds, you could feel the tension slowly start to build between you. It wasn't immediate—just a subtle shift in the air, the way Changbin's hand lingered on your waist a little longer than usual, the way his thumb brushed against your hip as you walked.

By the time you got into the car, the atmosphere was charged. Changbin kept glancing over at you as he drove, his fingers tapping rhythmically on the steering wheel, but his eyes betrayed a hunger that hadn't been there earlier. You noticed, of course, and you couldn't help but tease him a little.

"What's on your mind?" you asked innocently, looking over at him with a small smirk.

He shot you a sideways glance, a grin tugging at the corners of his lips. "You know what's on my mind," he replied, his voice dropping an octave as he spoke. "All I've been thinking about for the past two hours is getting you home."
