The training room door slammed open, rattling against the wall. König startled, his head jutting out from behind the cable machine he was on to peer at the sudden intruder. He was surprised to see Y/N's small form then kick open the door to the women's locker room. He watched her disappear beyond the door, the door slamming shut behind her. He blinked then got up and moved towards the entrance door.

It didn't take a genius to know she was pissed, but König figured one of the men on her team would have followed her to calm her down. He poked his head outside the door, peering down the hallway to his right then shifted his gaze to the left to look up the stairs. Nothing. Not even the sound of footsteps.

He shrugged to himself and went back to the cable station he had been doing upright rows at. König wasn't great at social interactions, his anxiety spiked during them, but he knew not to outright ask Siren what was wrong. He would wait until she brought it up, he knew she would. He smirked to himself under his hood and prepped for his next set.

By his 10th rep Siren had slammed open the locker room door again. König froze to watch her. She was grumbling to herself something he couldn't hear, an angry scowl distorting her pretty features.

She marched past him, seemingly unaware of his presence, straight over to the punching dummy in the middle of the training floor. She grumbled something else then sent a powerful kick into the dummy. It rattled but rocked back into place. König watched, still holding the weights, as she continued punching and kicking at the dummy. He wasn't very good at reading people but with her, he could tell her frustration was growing not easing.

One of the muscles in his back twinged, reminding him of the weight he was still holding. He turned his attention back to it, returning it back to its starting position, the metal of the weights clanging together loudly. He turned his attention to Siren, who had turned to look at him, a wild look in her eyes.

The wild look seemed to soften as she realized it was König she was looking at. He cleared his throat. "Hallo," he said shortly.

She stared at him, König stared back, unsure what to make of his current situation. He didn't mean to startle her, he also knew not to ask her what was wrong, but what he should do in that situation, he wasn't sure.

He awkwardly stood up, grabbed his water bottle, and moved to the dumbbells. Siren continued to stare at him. Should I say something? Is that what people do? König thought to himself. He opted to remain silent, sneaking a glance back at her through the mirror. She hadn't moved, just stared at him, her arms now crossed.

"Aren't you going to ask me what's wrong?"

He stared at her through the mirror, grabbing a set of dumbbells from the rack. "Nein."

She scoffed, upset by his answer, but before she could vocalize it, he interrupted. "If you want to speak about it to me, you will, I don't need to ask."

She scoffed again, her hand on her popped hip. "Excuse me?"

He felt his face flush, he offended her but didn't mean to. "Ah, nein, what I mean is that you will tell me if you are comfortable. I do not want to offend you by asking if you don't want to talk about it."

She watched as she softened, her hand dropping from her hip and her stance shifting back to neutral. He watched her lips part as she breathed a soft "oh."

König had to chase the dirty thoughts that image brought to his head out. But boy did he wish he didn't have to. He pumped out a few hammer curl reps and set his weights down, Siren still watching him in the mirror. König smirked under his hood. "Like what you see, Singvogel?"

A slight blush flushed her cheeks but she kept her composure well. "Oh, uh, yes, I mean, no? I mean, I was going to ask if you wanted to spar." Well, sort of. His smirk grew as he turned to look at her standing behind him. He liked that he made her nervous, it meant she wanted him too.

"Ja, we can do that, Singvogel," he said, moving towards her. She watched as she rocked onto the balls of her feet and bounced once before moving to pull the dummy out of the way. He chuckled as she struggled and he gently put a hand on her shoulder. She shivered under his touch and tilted her head back to look up at him.

He winked at her playfully and hauled the dummy up over his shoulder. He set it down out of the way then turned back to her, her eyes wide.

König smiled under his hood then widened and lowered his stance into a sparring position. "Come on, hit me."

König assumed the look on her face was her second guessing her decision to ask him to spar. She didn't stand a chance against him, but he thought it was cute that she had asked. Maybe she was a glutton for punishment.

After a moment, she tightened her ponytail then dropped into her stance.
