Despite being a trickster who is technically tormenting people, they actually care about them, they're just not the type of person to show it. If there is someone else who enjoys pranks just as much as they do, he would go out of their way to get them to do the ultimate prank with him, if they deny, he will not give up, cause he'll just keep on asking until they say yes, so- he'll definitely a very determined toon. Spectro is known to never been crying, so it's unknown what makes him upset, when really, it's someone dying who upsets him because he knows that they won't just become a ghost like him. Spectro tends to joke that he has an actual appearance underneath his mask, but it's unknown if it's actually a joke or if it's true because Spectro would never remove his mask..] - (extra: Spectro lies quite a lot so it's uncertain when he's telling the truth or not.)
