Though, Charlie isn't always energetic, when it's nighttime, he tends to bake overtime so he becomes pretty tired and way less energetic, so he doesn't exactly feel like dealing with activities while in this state, but even though he is very tired, he is still able to interact with people. Since he's older than Cosmo, Charlie rarely shows himself being scared, the only time he does show himself scared, is if he's in a blackout or when he's alone.]
