Personality: [Just like you'd expect, Neoklis is a very serious person and doesn't exactly react much to jokes, but that is mostly because of the title he's trying to hold..he's trying to act as Nanook the destruction..and Nanook is quite a serious person despite all the destruction they cause. Whenever he's around someone he trusts, he acts insecure about himself, as if he's unsure that the role he's acting is actually correct and he's not dishonoring Nanook..this insecurity would immediately switch to his Nanook personality when someone he doesn't trust that much enters the room. Neoklis is the type of person that likes to listen in on conversations, as he wants to be included in the world..and the stories that everyone tells in penacony just fascinates him.]

Backstory: [Neoklis was part of a group of clones that was made by Nanook to fulfill their need for destruction and to get rid of every living being in the universe. Neoklis was chosen as one of the clones to be stationed at penacony to make sure destruction is fulfilled there..Despite being a clone of Nanook, Neoklis acted very human..so Nanook himself would make sure that Neoklis would act exactly like him and to make sure destruction is brought to penacony. Throughout the many years he has been there, there was many times when he would slip from his persona and people would pick up on it and questioned it..this would make Neoklis panic inside and immediately go back to the persona like nothing had happened. When the astral express arrived in penacony for a festival, he would notice them right away and became interested...he heads Nanook talk about the express and to be wary of them..but he couldn't help but spy on them throughout their journey in penacony. When the journey ended in penacony, Neoklis decided to finally leave his position..and joined them in the astral express..despite how angry Nanook would get at him.]
