Waking up in the morning was never my thing. It certainly never will be, for that matter. Also, it sucks having an adorable nephew who you can't say no to.

"Niall! You're taking Theo out today!" I groan as I stand up, walking lazily to my door.

Once I open it, "Can we just stay here, ma?" Mam rolls her eyes before telling me no.

"You gotta pick him up in a few minutes. Greg and Denise will be leaving in a while." I scratch my boxer clad butt walking out of my room.

"Can't they j-"

"Niall." I sigh.

"Okay." I drawl out.

The drive to Greg's wasn't that long really. I work 24/7. On weekends, they make me watch over Theo, which isn't really a huge problem for me since I love the kid to pieces. Getting out from my car, I pocket my keys.

It took three knocks for Denise to come out of their door, kissing me on the cheek rushing to get everything just right.

"Hey, Ni. Theo's up in our room." She gave me a quick smile before talking back to her phone. I nod before walking my way up, peeking slowly if Greg's having a moment with his son. Seeing Theo peeking through the door too, I took that as a sign to come in. I knock on the door before pushing myself in.

"Oi, thank Christ. We were about to leave, ya git." I roll my eyes at Greg before picking Theo up who was calling me. I face my little nephew, making funny faces.

"How's my little man?" I give him a quick kiss before he giggles, touching my face.

"Goo! Good! Wittuh Theo goo!" I grin as I stare at him. God, how is an annoying slob as my brother lucky enough to have a son like him?

"Greg, can I keep Theo?" I ask as I raise Theo up in the air. He giggles hiding his face behind his little fingers.

"I'll keep your head." I roll my eyes at him - once again. I turn around to see Greg walking my way, handing everything Theo needs for the whole three days.

"I swear if a see single scratch or mark on my son I will cut you 6 feet deep." I wince as I hear my brother say it. What a monster.

"Damn, that's deep." I chuckle as I wave him off. He gives me a pointed look, which Theo follows, by the way.

"Stop that, eejit." I then look at Theo who was staring at me with his thumb in his mouth.

"What is it, little man?" He giggles before hiding in the crook of my neck. I hold him tighter because I just really love this kid.

He points at his dad and I swear I can see Greg smiling broadly albeit, that smile dropped as soon as the word came out of his son's mouth, "Dada, eejit!" I snort at my nephew as for my brother, he glares at me.

I sigh as I face Theo, "Little man, you can't say that!" Theo just shakes his head with a pout as if he's scolding me before drinking from his bottle.

"I'm starting to regret leaving him with you." I laugh at my brother because, you should've thought about it, really.

"Are ya hungry, little man?" I ask before turning back at my nephew. I was parked right outside the newly opened McDonald's. It did have quite a modern look. Very appealing.

My nephew grins like I would if Louis tells me about his treats. Love the kid. He giggles and calls my name telling me to pick him up.

"Uncle Ni! Please please please. Food please." He pouts and widens his eyes. This kid will make me soft. This is so sad. I smile at him before nodding. I get out from my seat before unbuckling Theo. Taking in his hand, we both walk in McD's. I walked towards the cashier holding Theo up.
