Little Mix is a four-piece pop band British. It consists of the singers Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock. It was founded in the eighth season of the British talent show The X Factor. The band was managed by N-Dubz singer Tulisa Contostavlos.
Little Mix became the first band ever competition.

The band has no lead singer. In the semifinals of The X Factor has been proposed to make Perrie to Lead singer of the band, but Perrie said: "We can all sing, and there are on garkeinen case a lead singer."
