With a charming smile and a dismissive chuckle Aiku shook his head " What? Of course not. But I'm beat babe, go wash up so I can hug you. Ya know I sleep faster with you in my arms." he said and the spark returned in the girl's eyes " Okay~" she sang and got off the bed. Once she closed the door and Aiku heard  the shower running he reached for her phone, he wasn't one to snoop around but he found the whole thing odd and he just wanted even a hint at the connection between the two of you.

Entering her password he looked threw her contacts but didn't find your name in there, so you weren't close enough to exchange numbers, with a heavy heart he moved to her social and she found your account but there were no messages between you and you didn't follow her back either. In one last attempt he went to her gallery he found a folder with your name, a different last name than Ego next to it, he opened it up, photos videos of you being what his girlfriend would called " pranked " and what he would call assaulted.

There was a picture of you with his girlfriend and another girl on your side. ()&*&(^ holding a pair of sciccors in one hand and your chin with the other while the girl on your other side held a long strand of your hair, you were forced to look at the camera, eyes dark and puffy from all the crying you had previously done, the boy frowned clenching his cheeks, they had obviously cut a part from the inside of your hair so it wouldn't show. He skimmed picture after picture, your desk being drawn on, your bag and homework in the toilet while you reached for it, the you in those pictures was a pretty different character from the one he was used to, there was no doubt that you looked the  same but you felt so much more different.

He closed the tab and let out a shaky sigh as he placed the girl's phone back, he got up and got dressed realizing that you were right " Where are you going?" asked the girl freshly out of the shower just as Aiku tied his shoes " Something came up so I got to go." he said standing up " Oh, then I'll see you t-"  " I'll text you. It's a big game so I need to be focused." he said gently pushing her away when she leaned in to kiss him " Ok, I'll come to cheer for you." she smiled and he did his best to do the same " Then I'll be looking for you at the bleachers." he said  turning his back and closing the door.

You did not sleep well that night being plugged with what you could assume to be memories of your other self " You cannot do this right now! It's just a few more days before the game. Pull.Your.Shit.Together." you spat to yourself in the bathroom mirror before splashing some cold water on your face " What are you doing at this hour?" mumbled Sae from the open bathroom door while rubbing his eyes " Crap, sorry I didn't mean to wake you up. I just couldn't sleep." you said and the boy yawned.

He pulled you along on the bed and you laid down next to him " I'll get someone tomorrow to get a restraining order against her. So you can sleep at ease." he said and you blinked finding comfort in his hug " It's not because of that." you said and the boy made you jump when he chomped on your cheek with his lips " Liar. Now sleep." he mumbled his eyes already closed. You smiled a bit as you brushed a few hairs away from his face ' Last time she acted out because there was no one there for me. Now....I'm not sure she can.' you thought closing your eyes.

" You two look awful." pointed out Darai as you and the captain of the U-20 team yawned at the same time " Couldn't sleep/ I slept but kept waking up." you both mumbled as you gathered your things " You didn't happen to meet up right ?" asked Shendo tone laced with suspicion frowning and a loud laugh came from Shidou " HA! Imp-chan likes pretty boys. Right?" he asked you " Then she must hate you." mumbled the pink haired ace and they were about to fight until you spoke " I like guys that are charming and well kept. Other than that.....my taste is pretty broad."  you mumbled your mind going to some characters that would be considered questionable to find attractive " So I check all the boxes." joked Aiku smirking down at you " You're to much of a player." you joked back and much to your surprise the captain seemed kinda hurt.

The rest of the week passed in the blink of an eye, you have been trainign and cordinating with the U-20 team a lot more something that Sae told you to not bother with and  thankfully no more surprise visits from *(^(&(^%^%%, you wanted to ask Aiku if he heeded your advise but decided that in the end you had no place asking him about his personal life ' I gave my warning, after that it's up to him.' you thought sighting " Hey can I have a moment?" asked Shendo rubbing the back of his neck " Shidou said that you liked sweets, there is a really nice place that has opened up close by. Would you like to go together?" he asked smiling at you " Yea, thanks for the offer." you said smiling back at him and the boy cheered in his head.

Sending a quick message to Sae and receiving a frowny face as a reply " All good?" asked the ace and you nodded " Yep." you said and he took your bag ' He's cute when he pouts.' you thought looking at Sae's contact icon. As you and the boy walked away you stopped him " Did you hear that?" you asked him and he raised an eyebrow stretching an ear to hear what you were hearing, crying, you followed the sound only to find Nio crying over his phone.

You knocked on the open door of the lockers and the boy quickly whipped his tears away " Hey, are you ok?" you asked him taking a step forward " Y-yea, just....my girlfriend broke up with me." he said sniffling and Sendo hissed ' Yikes....' you thought as you gave each other a concerned look " Can I?" you asked the defender motioning to the spot next to him and he gave you a nod " Want to talk about it?" you asked him and he sighed letting a few sniffles " I thought we were doing just fine, I haven't been able to meet up with her us much as I used to because of the match coming up but it isn't like this is the first time something like this happens. But she planned a trip with her parents and..." a few tears slipped from the corners of his eyes " She met a guy there and said that maybe it would be better to meet with other people." he said and you patted his back.

" I can't really give you advice on the relationship part, but people come and go, some stay for a while some don't. You're a good guy, passionate on what you do, obviously carrying and a little sensitive and you're a charmer as well. I'm sure you'll meet someone that can make you happy and can understand that you sometimes have a tough schedule." you said. You almost fell forward when he smacked your back " THANK YOU! I'm still bumped out but you made me feel a little better. Hahahaha and there I thought you were scary and stuck up like the other two you're hanging around with." he laughed smacking your back again.

Sendo pulled you away before the defender could crash your back " Sae can be a little distant and Shidou kinda rough around the edges but they are pretty good company once you get to know them." you said and the two looked at you like you had grown a second head " With you anyone could turn into good company." sighed the pinked haired boy " Oh speaking of company, me and Sendo are heading out to get something sweet, would you like to come as well?" you asked.

Behind you Sendo frantically motioning him to refuse, with an amused smirk Nio chuckled " Sure, I wouldn't mind." he said wrapping an arm over your shoulder while the ace let a defeated sigh.
