Admitting Some Things

You watched in slight disappointment and amusement as the boys scrambled to get on their feet " We came to visit." said Aiku clearing his throat and you chuckled " I can see that." you smiled at them as they pulled another chair closer Shendo sitting on it while Nio stayed standing and Aiku sat at the edge of your bed " Oh. Everyone this is Jullian Loki. Jullian these are Nio, Shendo and Aiku from the U-20 team." you introduced and the boys shook hands 

" We were so worried and Ego wouldn't give us any information other than that you were fine." sighed the brown haired defender " Yea if it wasn't for Miss Anri we wouldn't even know we could visit you! Seriously what is that guys problem?" huffed Shendou " He has been swarmed with work please don't be too harsh on him." you said and the pink haired boy softened his expression.

They informed you that they had been called by Ego to take part on the next step of Blue Lock, Aiku was awfully silent either staring at the floor or stealing glances at you. Now that you were giving him a better look he looked roughed up, dark circles under his eyes, his hair and beard a little unkempt " Can you give us a moment?" you asked the three boys while motioning to Aiku and they agreed, Loki though stayed seated. You blinked " Julian? Can you give us a moment?" you asked him and he glance to the defender " Sure...I'll be right out the door though." he said getting up.

Looking over at Aiku you find him starting straight at you " I'm sorry." you apologized " For putting you threw this. You didn't have to get involved." you sighed leaning back to your pillow " Shouldn't I be the one apologizing?  You almost died because of me." he said hands covering his face, you frowned leaning over to pry his hands away from his face. Holding them you run your fingers threw his palm " That's where you get it wrong, she tried to hurt you to get to me. She just didn't expect me to jump in front of. But I did. And I would do it again, I actually didn't expect to live....and even if I didn't make I would do it again. Me being here doesn't mean anything if-"

He grabbed your face, holding you tightly " Don't! Don't you dare finish that damn sentence! To me you being here means everything!" he yelled and your eyes widen " You....don't sell yourself sort..." he mumbled pulling away and getting up to leave. You quickly got up hissing from the ache of your wound " Aiku! Wait a second! You don't understand what I meant to say." you tried to explain ' Do I tell him? No...it would sound crazy.' you thought and the boy stopped, fists clenched.

" The only one that doesn't understand is you. As you were bleeding out in that damn hospital bed I thought that the moment you would stop breathing I would die!" he yelled stomping his way towards you " I know about the bullying and I know about your mother and how unwanted they made you feel. And I know when I say this, no matter how hard you may find it to believe but there are people that want you in their lives. I for one want you in it in every step of the way." he said cornering you against the wall expression softening cupping your cheek " I love you." he mumbled.

His other arm wrapped around your waist pushing you forward and gluing you against him, the hand resting on your cheek moved to your hair, his thumb resting under your jaw and pushing your head up. His lips were soft, his beard tickling your face, he pulled back just a tiny bit to look at your face, wide eyed, cheeks flush he found himself smirking as he leaned down again. Your hands clenched on his shirt as his tongue pushed past your lips " Hey are the two of you done talking? The nurse said that we can't keep standing on the hallway-AAAAAHHHHHH YOU CHEEKY BASTARD!" yelled Shendou as he and Nio jumped to rip Aiku off you.

They quickly dragged him out as you stared at the open door dazed, you blinked several times trying to process what had just happened. You brought your hand up and smacked yourself on the cheek ' So....this actually happened.' you thought cheeks turning redder by the second " Hm? Did your friends leave already?" asked Loki holding a couple of drinks in his hand " Y-yea! I thought you...left with them." you said and the boy smiled " Eager to get rid of me?" he teased and you shook your head " No! No! I thought that you, might be busy that's all." you excused going back to your bed and sitting down.

Frowning he put his hand on your forehead " Your face is usually red, but it doesn't seem like you have a fever. Should I call a nurse?" he asked and you lightly smacked his hand away " No I'm fine...So about the Neo Egoist League how are things going?" you asked trying to change the subject and then you cursed yourself as the boy gave you a studying look' I wasn't supposed to know that!' you thought  " Ah of course you would know about that. After all Ego is your father. Just meetings, going over the rules. Who are you going to pick?" he asked relaxing on his chair.

You thought about it ' Will I even be able to pick?' you thought " Well considering my situation Chris Price would be the best option to strengthen my body after all that has happened. But if we go based on favourites...I guess Snuffy." you said and the boy blinked at you in surprise " Snuffy?" he asked and you nodded " I like his play style and I'm sure he would be a great coach and also...even though that's not the point for us to pick based on. He has quiet the charm as well." you said and the boy clenched his drink so hard that it spilled on his hand.

Fussing over him and quickly taking the drink away and throwing it to the trashcan you offered him a handkerchief " What about me?" he asked pointing to himself ' Rin will be on your team so that's a big ass no.' you thought sweatdroping and the boy sighed dramatically And there I thought we could get some more time together. But it seems like I'm not wanted." he sighed and you panicked a bit " That's not the reason! But to be honest with you...You're an incredible player buuuuttt. I don't think you'd be a good coach." you admitted and the boy looked at you stunned, a bit hurt as well before quickly placing  a smile on his face " Then I guess we will have to wait and see." he laughed but it was obvious that he got pissed by your comment.
