The U-20 captain turned to the side fists clenched " The attack was aimed at me, she jumped to shield me." he breathed out " What about the attacker? Do you know them?" asked Ego making the boy cleared his throat " It was my ex girlfriend." he admitted " ( Y/n) had warned me that she was dangerous and after some digging I confirmed it myself and I decided to break up with her." he mumbled running his hands down his face " I was aware of your dating habits but....No, it isn't what's important right now." huffed Ego.

Someone cleared their throat " I take it that you must be the girl's father. I am the doctor that was in charge of her care." said the man and Anri along with the rest of the boys circled around him " She's stable, thankfully she was brought here quickly and her vitals weren't damage. She bled quiet a lot. We're waiting for her to wake up." he announced " So she's fine now?" asked Anri still whipping her teary eyes " Yes, for now. We will need to keep an eye on her when she wakes up. Now if you'll-" " Can we see her?" asked Loki and the doctor blinked " If you're family." he replied and quickly left to attend to other matters.

Ego along with Anri entered your room and the woman gasped, she sat next to you holding your hand " My poor girl." she mumbled sniffling " Anri go bring me my laptop and whatever I will need for my work." he said taking a seat next to your bed " You're staying here?" she asked and the man nodded " Yes, until she wakes up." he answered " Maybe we should take turns-" " No." he cut her off answering his buzzing phone " EEEGGGOOO DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT HAPPENED? TE SCANDAL!? DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW MANY STRINGS I HAD TO PULL TO GET THE VIDEOS OF YOUR DAUGHTER GETTING STABBED-" Ego hanged up.

The boys stayed outside " All of you should go back home. We're here now." said Anri " Can't we see her for just a moment?" asked Nio " It would be better for all of you to go home, it must have been quiet the day. Loki we have called a driver to take you back to Blue Lock." said the woman but the boys still insisted, the door slammed open, Ego's fogged from his glasses " All of you are causing trouble, currently we have to keep low profile and having all of you is not helping. Get lost." he spat closing the door back.

You were tossing and turning probably rising a fever, opening your eyes you were feeling a little drowsy, you felt someone holding your hand, you tried to squeeze it but it felt numb, slowly turning your head you tried to make out the silhouette of who was it " Dad?" you mumbled. Ego squeezed your hand back " I'm right here." he mumbled placing his laptop on the table and getting up, he pushed the hair away from your sweaty face and sighed seeing that you had went back to sleep.

Actually waking up felt like shit, your wound throbbed and you were still a bit disoriented, you spotted Ego and Anri having passed out in two chairs ' I really...need to piss.' you thought and pressed the button to call the nurse. The light buzzing was enough to wake up Anri who immediately jumped to pull you in her arms making you gasp a bit " You're awake! How are you feeling? The doctor I need to call the doctor." she fussed over you " Can you be quiet we just woke up." groaned Ego scratching the few hairs that had grown around his chin ' That look doesn't suit him at all.' you thought sweatdroping. 

The nurse and doctor took run some exams " She seems fine, but it would be best if we keep her here for 3 more days, to monitor her condition now that she is awake." explained the doctor as you basically inhaled your food. Ego cleaned up and straighten his shirt " Well then I will be going for now. We'll be back in the evening." he said and you nodded " See you." you waved and the man froze before his head snapped to your direction " W-what?" you asked a bit weirded out " Dad. See you dad." he said and you sighed " I'm not calling you that." you said cheeks flashing pink and the man was ready to complain before his phone started buzzing again.

Looking threw your phone you grimaced, missed calls and messages, a shared message from Anri cancelling your plans and politely explaining to everyone that you were hospitalized for health issues, Sae had left you one last message after that " Will be leaving Japan, I wanted to talk face to face but call me when you get better." your cheeks flushed remembering the kiss, speaking of the Iroshi siblings there was no message from Rin, you thought that it would pass but seems like you were completely wrong.

You reassured everyone that you were fine but still needed to stay at the hospital, Aiku had sent a bunch of messages which he had deleted soon after ' He must have been worried the most, well it's better to be traumatized than dead.' you thought closing the chat and moving on. Hearing a knock at the door you straighten up " Who is it?" you asked, the nurses never knocked " Moi." answered Loki opening the door and giving you a smile " Julian?! What are you doing here! How do you even know I was here?" you asked and the boy motioned you to slow down " We were in a meeting with Ego when he learnt that you were attacked. I came along because I was worried about you ma bichen." he said sitting next to you and taking your hand in his.

" I'm sorry I worried you, but I'm fine now. You didn't have to come by, I'm sure you're pretty busy." you said giving him a polite smile " Yes but I just wouldn't be able to get anything done until I saw you. Didn't you want to see me?" he asked batting his eyes at you ' Sir! THAT IS NOT FAIR!' you thought face exploding red " I I m-mean it's always g-great to see you b-b-ut I wouldn't want to in-convience you!" you reasoned ' Good job dumbass shuttering like you're fucking Porky from the Loony Toones!' you thought trying to avoid looking at him " You could never in-convience me, ma bichen I-" the door was thrown open Nio, Aiku and Shindo dropping to the floor, obviously eavesdropping.
