"WHAAAAT?!" I yelled, nearly dropping the boxes I was holding. A golden chandelier dangled from the heavens, with hundreds of floors lining a magnificent fountian that shot five floors up, with a stature of a beautiful girl with a rose in her hand in the center. I looked at the fountian, trusting XD to get us a room. I leaned on the fountian, gazing at its aquatic glory, when my fingers ran over something written in stone. "An honorary fountian for the brave and beautiful Y/n, may her legacy reign on for all of time"
Huh... I guess the name Y/n must be common...? I thought. She was so pretty, it couldn't be me. Nobody really knows about me... But then I began to imagine, running my fingers on the waters cool surface. What if I was a princess? Beautiful, adored, above everyone... I would be able to do something about this fucked up world. I smiled, imagining myself with a beautiful diamond tiara, giggling at the thought of me in a big poofy dress, I'd look like a fool, no doubt... was this girl a princess? I don't think she was.
"𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕒𝕣𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕕𝕠𝕚𝕟𝕘."
I looked up. "Hey XD" I said. "Just admiring the fountain. I think its cool someone with my name is being honored like that." I said, looking up at it. He crossed his arms, and looked up at her. "𝕀 𝕜𝕟𝕖𝕨 𝕙𝕖𝕣" he said. "Really? You knew her?" I asked. "𝕐𝕖𝕤. 𝕊𝕙𝕖 𝕨𝕒𝕤 𝕒𝕝𝕠𝕥 𝕝𝕚𝕜𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦. 𝕊𝕙𝕖 𝕨𝕒𝕤 𝕓𝕣𝕒𝕧𝕖, 𝕨𝕚𝕥𝕥𝕪, 𝕤𝕖𝕝𝕗𝕝𝕖𝕤𝕤. I looked back up at her. "It seems like you knew her well." I said. "𝕐𝕖𝕤..." he sighed. "𝕀 𝕝𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕕 𝕙𝕖𝕣. 𝔹𝕦𝕥 𝕀 𝕞𝕒𝕕𝕖 𝕒 𝕝𝕠𝕥 𝕠𝕗 𝕞𝕚𝕤𝕥𝕒𝕜𝕖𝕤, 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕚𝕥 𝕕𝕣𝕠𝕧𝕖 𝕙𝕖𝕣 𝕒𝕨𝕒𝕪." I could feel grief radiating off of him. "I'm sorry for your loss" I said, taking his hand and squeezing it affectionately. "𝕀𝕥 𝕕𝕠𝕖𝕤𝕟'𝕥 𝕞𝕒𝕥𝕥𝕖𝕣, 𝕀 𝕒𝕞 𝕘𝕠𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕥𝕠 𝕥𝕣𝕪 𝕒𝕘𝕒𝕚𝕟." He said.
I heard arguing at the front desk. It was between a short goat boy, and a tall Mexican man with a suit on. It looked pretty heated, and it wasn't getting better. I sighed, standing up and stretching. "𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕒𝕣𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕕𝕠𝕚𝕟𝕘?" XD said. "Those two are making everyone here uncomfortable. I'm gonna break them up and force them to take it outside" I said, walking over to them. "𝕎𝕒𝕚𝕥-!"
"Hey! You two!" I yelled, walking over to them. They both looked up, their eyes widening. "Can you kindly take whatever this is outside? Your making everyone here uncomfortable, and its gonna mess with the establishments reputation." I sighed, crossing my arms.
"Tubbs." The mexican man said, his voice trembling. "This isnt fucking funny"
I narrowed my eyes. It seems like they calmed down. "Dont fight indoors." I said, and walked back to the fountain. Suddenly, the goat man grabbed my wrist. "Y/n...?" I looked back at him. He had a scar over his left eye, with goat horns and a fluffy jacket. "Do I know you?" I asked, pulling my arm back. "Y/n, its- its me! Tubbo!"
Something about him seemed familiar. "I'm sorry, you must have me mistaken for someone else" I said. "Your name is Y/n, right?" He asked. "I am-"
"ℍ𝕠𝕨 𝕕𝕠 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕕𝕠 𝕋𝕦𝕓𝕓𝕠."
I felt my body get pulled back. XD stood infront of me, almost protectively. "𝕋𝕙𝕚𝕤 𝕚𝕤𝕟'𝕥 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕐/𝕟 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕜𝕟𝕠𝕨 𝕋𝕦𝕓𝕓𝕠. 𝕊𝕙𝕖'𝕤 𝕕𝕖𝕒𝕕."
It all made sense, he must have mistaken me for the girl that the statue was dedicated to. "I'm sorry" I said. "𝕃𝕖𝕥𝕤 𝕘𝕠, 𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝕣𝕠𝕠𝕞 𝕚𝕤 𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕕𝕪." He said, grabbing my wrist and dragging me to the elevator. The last thing I saw was 'Tubbo' looking at me with wide eyes, his hand shaking. I felt bad, he mistook me for this girl. She must have been an amazing person if all these people knew her. "Did he know her?" I asked. "𝕐𝕖𝕤..." he said, seemingly frustrated. "ℍ𝕖 𝕨𝕒𝕤 𝕠𝕟𝕖 𝕠𝕗 𝕙𝕖𝕣 𝕔𝕝𝕠𝕤𝕖𝕤𝕥 𝕗𝕣𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕕𝕤"
The elevator dinged, and opened to reveal a huge penthouse suite, it was so modern, marble floors, glass walls, a massive round deck, and a spiral glass staircase that went to the second floor, a lofty sort of place with a huge bed and a fireplace with a huge couch. "Holy fucking shit, how much was this place?!" I gasped, looking around. He merely shrugged. "Fucking rich ass motherfucker" I said, walking out onto the deck. It was massive, a whole king size bed could be placed there. It gazed out onto the city, all the marble buildings and glass skyscrapers. It was around noon, so the sun reflected off of the buildings like water. It was so breathtaking, but the hight made my whole body shiver. It could take a whole three minutes to reach the bottom if you fell.
"Its so beautiful..." I said, smiling. "Its like the city goes on for miles..."
"𝕋𝕙𝕒𝕥𝕤 𝕔𝕒𝕦𝕤𝕖 𝕚𝕥 𝕕𝕠𝕖𝕤" he said. His body suddenly trapped me, his arms grabbing onto the railing, and his body trapped me in a cage. It was warm, and protected me from the breeze. Butterflies erupted from the pit of my stomach, lighting up my chest and making my legs go weak. Maybe this wouldn't be too bad... with him...
But then I remember, I dont know this man. And he doesnt know me. Its strange, this feeling of familiarity. But theres no point now. I just need to find the others... I need to be free of this place, and find my brother...
