A/N: tell me about your day 🫶🏻

I applied the ear drops for Juno to help get rid of the ear infection she had. She was pretty quiet even with the pain happening. Mostly because she had her pacifier in her mouth.

"She has another appointment today." Jenna said, walking fast out of the bedroom with a small bag in hand. "She has to get her shots in order to stay healthy."

"She's definitely not going to like that." I said, rubbing my baby girl's head as she leaned against my chest. Juno's doe eyes were wide and looking everywhere but she was ever so calm against my chest.

Jenna gently caressed Juno's back. "I know, but we have to do it."

"Okay, let's go." I kissed our daughter's forehead as Jenna grabbed the bag and keys, both of us heading out the door. I unlocked my car and put Juno in her car seat in the back.

Jenna opted to drive us there so for the next 25 minutes, the car ride was filled with a peaceful silence. I didn't want to play music so it would irritate Juno's ears more so I kept the car as quiet as possible.

When we arrived, Jenna held Juno with her hand in mine, walking us up to the clinic. There weren't many people there - thankfully none that recognized us or cared to approached us. We love our fans but our daughter was more important.

Not long after we were called into a room in the back. Juno's doctor appeared into the room with a mask on her face to keep our 5-6 month old daughter safe.

"Okay so the little one will be receiving one shot for the flu and one for Hib." The doctor said, snapping her cloves on.

Hib was supposed to prevent ear, lung, blood, skin, and joint infections. The flu shot was obviously to prevent her from getting the flu. If she got it at such a young age, her little immune system would not survive.

Juno was placed in my arms since no matter how she loved Jenna, she had a little bit of a special bond with me. Only because I carried her for 9 months.

"Just hold her and I'll gently pinch her arm." The doctor instructed softly, smiling under her mask. I held onto my baby girl and directed her attention from the doctor towards me with a jangle of my keys.

The doctor gently pinched Juno's arm, quickly pulling it out and wiping the spot down, bandaging it up. Juno looked at me with her eyes starting to water, her lip quivering.

"Oh baby." Jenna cooed, crumbling at one look. I did the same and kissed Juno's forehead.

"It's okay, baby girl. It's over now." Juno didn't cry but she looked like she was ready to burst into tears any minute now.

"Let's get her fries from McDonald's." Jenna decided when we stepped out of the doctor's office.

I smiled. "She'll love that. Won't you, darling?" I placed Juno in her car seat in the back. Jenna held my door open for me when I was done.

The drive was silent. I kept checking on Juno who was now teething on her little ring in her hand. I smiled and turned back around when we pulled into the drive thru. "What do you want, love?" Jenna turned her head towards me.

"Nothing, I'm okay." I politely declined.

My fiancé shook her head. "You didn't eat much dinner last night, you didn't eat breakfast this morning. You're gonna eat lunch. Do you want nuggets or a burger?"

I loved that she cared like this.

"Nuggets, please." I sighed reluctantly, smiling at her. Jenna nodded and ordered our food. Juno was now babbling in the back. Jenna paid for our meal and grabbed the bag of food.

I gave Juno her soft fries, we asked for no salt and I made sure they weren't too hot for her. She would just gum the fries down. I grabbed my nuggets and started to eat some. I grabbed one and held it up to Jenna's mouth. She kept her eyes on the road while smiling, opening her lips so I could put it in her mouth.

I giggled when she chomped down. "Thank you for this." I mumbled, drinking my Dr Pepper.

"Anything for my girls." Jenna sighed contently. I placed a fry in her mouth and we ate in peace, occasionally smiling at Juno's soft mumbled in the back.
