Preparing for a wedding wasn't easy, but it didn't mean it couldn't be fun. I sent Y/N on a mission with her girlfriends to find the perfect flowers as table settings for our wedding.

I was Juno and Billie since Billie knew Y/N just as well I did, maybe even more. I wanted her help with what I should get my girl as a wedding gift.

"Sometimes I forget you two are getting married so soon." Billie muffled out with a mouthful of takis in her mouth as we drove to the outlets today. Juno was babbling in her seat in the back.

"Well you and Liv will be too. Have you determined a date yet?"

"We're thinking of December, but it could be next year to be honest. We're swamped. I have tour almost ending in July, I'm pretty sure she wants to get back into the studio, and Finneas and I do too. It's all about timing." Billie rambled.

I laughed a little. "I believe you. Anyway, I asked you to come down here today because I need help with a wedding gift for Y/N."

"Are the wedding gifts supposed to be from other people? Like the guests and stuff?"

I shook my head. "They can be, if they want, but I really want to get something for Y/N. Just for show her my appreciation, a token of my love for her."

Billie smiled. "Adorable. Okay, I can help you. I know all the things that Y/N wants but won't tell you. Like for example, stuff in bed-"

"Let's not talk about that." I stopped her, blushing. "That's how Juno was made."

"Fair point." The brunette snickered and looked back at my little girl in her seat, making faces at Juno so she would laugh.

"I was thinking something that represented our family. You know?"

Billie hummed lightly. "So, maybe a digital photo album with pictures of you, Juno, and her. Or, one of those thingys that kids be making. You like dip their hands or feet or whatever in paint or clay, I think, and form a plaque to display."

"I already did that. It was cute, Y/N cried. I need something even deeper. Though the digital album is a cute idea."

Billie ruffled her bag of chips and shoved it on the side of the door, drinking her water. "How about more than one gift? You should definitely do the album and one more thing, this deep gift that you really want."

"I just don't know what." I sighed softly.

I finally pulled into the parking lot of the outlets. Billie locked the doors of the truck while I grabbed Juno's stroller, making sure she was secure inside. Billie put the baby bag on her shoulders, carrying it for me.

We walked up to the entrance and just started to get a feel of the place. "While we are here, let's stop by The Children's Place to get some adorable outfits for this shiny star down here." Billie cooed, crouching to play with Juno's little hands.

"Might as well since I'm still brainstorming."

Billie immediately grabbed ahold of the stroller, pushing towards the clothing store. I walked inside, and we headed over to the baby area. There was the cutest Minnie Mouse shirt that I knew Y/N would love to see on Juno so I grabbed that.

Billie was grabbing all of the animal onesies, I'm not even surprised. I just know that if she and Olivia have kids together, Billie would buy every animal in history in the form of a onesie because they're cute.

My prayers lie with Olivia.

The total ended up being $52.13. Things are so expensive nowadays, and I say this as if I don't have the money, but inflation is insane. Certainly not better since Trump is President again.

Billie and I went to a few more stops. I got non-wedding gift related items for Y/N such as her favorite perfume, a dress she'd look amazing in, suspenders for me because she mentioned one time that I'd look good in them, and three pairs of cartoon pajama pants for her as well.

Then my phone buzzed. Speak of my Angel.

Babyyyy, I heard you're at the outlets with Billie, can you pick some white peaches from the farmers market nearby, please?

"Awwww you guys text so cutely." Billie said, standing on her tippy toes to peak over my shoulder and eye my texts with Y/N. "Your contact name for her is so sweet.

"Yeah." I blushed, putting my phone away. "It's true though."

"Come on. There's a Jamba Juice nearby, and I need to buy a smoothie."

I laughed softly. "Let's go then. Juno is obsessed with them too. What's your favorite?"

"I usually get the açaí one. Their plant-based smoothies are so delicious too."

"This little one loves the peach perfection one." I gestured to my daughter.

"Let's go cause my mouth is starting to water." Billie kept tugging us along faster and faster, making me laugh.
