At Numa-Numa
(Y/N) POV
The train stopped...I poke Natsu's cheek
"Natsu? it's time to go..." he wakes up slowly and looks up at me
"five more minutes dad..." he falls back to sleep
dad? I'm not- then it hit me,he was talking about Igneel....that made me tear up then I snap out of it and I get up after a few seconds of battling to get up and I drag him by the arm out of the train
"phew...why didn't you guys help me?!" I'm looking over at (E/N) and Happy laughing at me
"I do it everytime before you came here,I wanted a break..." Happy replied
"because it was cute~!" is what (E/N) said making me blush then I shake my head and get back to normal
I sigh "lets get going..." I try to wake up Natsu again,it worked this time
"huhhhh?" he said sleeply
"come on Natsu...we're here and I can't carry you..."
then he stands up really fast
"ALRIGHT!! I'M ALL FIRED UP!!!!"
I giggle at his reaction
"Let's go!!" I start running to the place the quest says to go
"wait for me!!" I hear Natsu yell behind me then he appears next to me smirking
"I bet I can beat you there!"
"is that a challenge?" I ask slyly
he just chuckles and runs faster
I run close behind him
"wait for us you two!!" I heard (E/N) and Happy say in unison flying up to us
At The Clients House
I lost the race...oh well! at least I didn't bet anything, I knock on the door prepared for my shyness to overflow "Coming!" I hear from the other side
"hey N-Natsu?"
"what's up?"
"if I lose my voice when he comes...can you tell him why we're h-h-here?" I was shaking
"what do you mean by that? you've always been able to say what you want...what happened?"
I can't tell him....I just can't!
"um....I-" the door opens
"what are a couple of kids doing at my door?!" I flinch and lose my voice...dang it...
"w-w-w-w-well w-w-w-we..."
"we're here to defeat the giant snake hurting your town..." Natsu says for me...Thank you
"a bunch of kids?! no way am I going to trust a bunch of snot-nosed brats to save my town! I was hoping for adults!!"
this made Natsu angry...fire was surrounding him and everything! I've never seen him this mad before....it's scaring me I'm shaking now....
"you better let us do this old man...don't underestimate a member of Fairy Tail..."
this scared the man...
"o-ok! I'll let you! just don't hurt me!!"
Natsu calms down and grins at him "thank you Gramps!" then he starts sniffing around
"what is he doing?" the man asks
"h-h-he's s-s-searching for the giant snake sir..."
"with his nose?!" then he looks over at me and widens his eyes
