I fell asleep on the plane. So did Mauryana. We woke up to the Inner com come on.
30 minutes till we land, I repeat 30 minutes till we land.
"Holy shiznits, how long have we slept?"
"3 hours." Some person says. I look Back because like why would someone keep track of someone else's sleeping schedule. The person had sunglasses on and a hoodie. When I look back they put down the sunglasses, and looks at me. As if he was some super star.
"Um thanks." I turn back around and start to talk to Mauryana.
"He's kinda scary. I mean he------
"Hey aren't you the girl that was on tv?"
"Yea? Why?"
"No reason." After he says that I turn back around and call Andrew.
"Hey Angel what's up?"
"I'm going to be landing in 30 minutes or so."
"Ok, we'll come pick you up."
"Thanks bye."
"Bye, love you."
"Love you too." I hang up and put my headphones in. Then the guys taps my knee. I look at him weird and take one headphone out.
"Yea?"
"Your really pretty."
"Thanks." I say awkwardly. Then I put my headphones back on. Then he touches me again.
"Hey can you please stop I'm listening to music and talking to someone."
"Oh yea sorry." He says and I nod. I start texting and then I feel a foot slide up my leg. I look down and it was his.
"Hey, can you like fuck off?"
"Whats going on here?"
"He's harassing me. Sexual and physically."
"Sir this way please." She leads him to another seat. Mauryana looks at me. I shrug I never end up having a good flight. No matter what.
10 minutes until we land, I repeat 10 minutes until we land.
"I hope they are here."
"So do I." I agree to Mauryana. I soon start to see ground. Then we land. We get off the plane and head outside.
"Ugh where are they? Watch them be fucking some other girls." Mauryana says. I hit her arm.
"Just saying we should've stayed with Paul." I roll my eyes then I see the car. We walk over to them and put our stuff in the back. Mauryana and I get in.
"How was it?" Andrew asks suspiciously.
"How was what?"
"How was it to fuck rich guys?" I look at him surprised to his response.
"What did you say?"
"I said how was it to to see everyone? What did you hear me say?"
"Nevermind, it was good. Really cool Ludacris gave me his number. And Tyrese gave Mauryana his number. You can't let anyone see that ok Mauryana you put it in your phone fake name and rip it up really good ok?"
"Yea got it." I see her turn away into a corner and put it in her phone. Then she gets up and rips the paper into very fine pieces and puts then in her pocket.
"Angel who's shirt is that? It smells like a guys."
"It's Paul's. Why?"
"What exactly happened when you were with him?"
"Why do you care?"
"Because I do, what happened?"
"Well, he came and got me from jail then we went to his house we played around, and talked about your lives and our past. Then we watched tv, some stuff happened then he gave us stuff to sleep in. We all went to sleep. Then today we met everyone. Is that ok master?"
"I'm not your master I just care. Did you sleep with him?"
"Which way?"
"Did you have sex with him?"
"No, master."
"Stop calling me that, did you sleep in the same bed? Did he have a shirt on?"
"Yes we did sleep in the same bed. No he didn't have a shirt on. Any other questions or can I please eat master?" I fold my hands and act like I'm begging him. He hits the steering wheel with both hands and starts the car. Then we drive to Ihop and eat.
"So how is this going to work?"
"Well, mom was taking care of the house so everything is still there other then the tv and bed. Andrew is fixing the basement up do he could put a bed down there. I'm going to go buy a new bed. We really don't need tv but if you guys want one we can put all of our money together and get one. But I dont know where you guys are going to sleep. You two can sleep where ever you want." He points at me and Mauryana.
"Well we can both sleep in the attic. All we have to do is clean it up." Mauryana suggests.
"And add style." I add. Then Mauryana laughs.
"Of course."
"Ok well since we are all done eating and talking can we go?" Andrew cuts in.
"Oooh, look at Mr.kill the vibe." I tease him. He mocks me quietly then leaves. We all look at each h other and laugh.laugh . Then we go and follow him. We get home from a silent car ride and we all start to work on our "rooms". Andrew was almost done with the basement. We had just started on the attic. There wasn't that much up there, all we had to do was bring all the boxes into the closet that's up there. But its kinda creepy up there. But whatever we do it together. We put everything in the closet, when we get out we look around.
"Wow, not bad. I get that side." Mauryana points.
"Fine." We go downstairs and sit on the couch.
"Did you guys finish already?"
"Yea."
"Wow, that was fast. Andrew is almost done." Anthony says.
"Yea, I'll be back." I walk to the basement.
"Andrew? Listening where ever you are I'm sorry. I didn't mean to tease you. You were just being way to protective. Like we aren't even dating. I think. I'm sorry. Do you want me to help you clean the rest of the basement?" I walk around the basement to look for him but don't find him.
"Come on Andrew." I turn around and scream.
"Don't scare me." I yell at him. He grabs my waist and laughs.
"It's ok." He whispers to me. Then hugs me.
"Do you want me to help you?"
"I mean if you want to. Did you already finish the attic?"
"Yea come on." We start to finish the Basement. When we finish we go back upstairs. We plop on the couch and Andrew puts his arm around me.
"Ok, some people made up." I roll my eyes.
"So i, gonna get my bed today Mauryana. What about you?"
"I don't have the money right now. Can I sleep with you?"
"Sure but I get rent from you."
"Keep dreaming." I shake my head and get up.
"No respect. Are you coming with?"
"Yea sure. Guys please don't be dead by the time we get back." Mauryana says and we get the keys and leave. I get a nice bed. It was like 500 dollars. I pay upfront.
"Where did you get all that?"
"Paul, I told him not to give me any money. But it was in my pants pocket."
"Your so lucky."
"I guess."
"Do you want someone to bring it to your house?" The lady from Ikea asked. The closest Ikea was right in the middle where Anthony and Andrew figured things out. Of course that's where jake worked.
"Yea, please."
"Ok they will follow you." I nod and go outside I get in the car and start it. Then I hear the truck behind me start then we drive. We get there in an hour or two. I get out and fix my hair. Then I open the front door. The truck opens and brings the mattress in.
"We meet again." Jake says and smiles.
"This is a weird way to keep meeting."
"Yea, but it doesn't matter. I like it. So where do you want me to put this?"
"Attic."
"Why are you in the attic? You deserve so much better."
"I'll text you later about it."
"Ok." He takes it up there then leaves. When he walks past my I grab his wrist and slowly put a 20 dollar bill in it. I smile when he realizes what Im doing. He walks up to me and kisses my cheek then leaves. I shut the door and everyone was looking at me.
"What?" I ask Mauryana laughs. Anthony smiles and waves me off then goes to his bedroom. Andrew was mad.
"Angel, what the hell?"
"What? I didn't do anything." I say defensive. Andrew pushes me to the door and holds my hands above my head.
"You know what you did. You let him do that to you again." Mauryana was upstairs and Anthony was in his room.
"Andrew let go of me."
"Well, isn't someone defensive?"
"ANDREW LET GO OF ME."
"Shhhh, don't yell it's ok."
"Anthony, Mauryana?"
"Shh, shh." He let's me go and I drop to my knees. Then Mauryana and Anthony run into the room. My hands were on the floor holding me up.
"Angel what happened?" Mauryana asked confused. I was out of words. I was weak. I couldnt say anything. I point at Andrew. Anthony turns his head.
"What did you do to her?!"
"Nothing she just can't let other guys kiss her."
"She can do whatever she wants it's her life. You guys aren't even dating. Don't touch her again."
"Wait when did I touch her what happened? I blacked out for a second. Did I hurt her?" I look up at him. Was he serious? He let all his anger and hate control him literally. This is some supernatural tv show shit.
"Don't act stupid, you literally just did something to her. That's why she's on the floor. That's why she yelled to us. That's why we heard something hit the floor."
"I'm sorry I don't know what got into me. I- I have to go." He runs Downstairs. Anthony Comes over to me.
"Are you ok? What did he do to you?"
"He scared me, he used something from my past against me. It scared me I- I thought he was going to do the same thing. He wouldn't let me go. It just scared me. I don't feel safe alone." I look up from the ground.
"It's ok your not only. That will never happen to you again as long as I'm around." Mauryana hugs me. She was the first one to know about the "rape" and the "abuse" that's why she understood what I meant.
"What happened before?" Anthony asks cluelessly. We both look at him then I get up. Mauryana does the same.
"Should I tell him?" I ask Mauryana. She looks at me for a moment then nods yes. I look at Anthony and play with my shirt. Then I start to walk to his room he follows. When we get in he shuts the door.
"Angel, what's going on?" Anthony asks more worried then last time. I sit in the middle of the empty bedroom. All there was was a tv, desk, closet full of clothes, and a dresser. No bed so the floor was pretty open. Anthony sits next to me and puts his hand on my hand. Then he lifts my head and reassures me that it's ok. I nod ok and start to talk.
"Ok well, when my real dad was around he um he use to......" I put my head down. Anthony lifts it up again and nods to say it's ok.
"He use to beat me when my mom wasn't around. One day my mom found out and left him which earned me a huge scar." I pull up my shirt and show him my side.
"Then my mom got a boyfriend. He was cool until one day my mom left for something, he asked me to help him with something downstairs. He picks me up and puts me in his lap. I was on him like a baby. Like he was nursing me. It was weird, but cute. I soon drift in the thought and fall asleep.
