Chapter Four

~Ashton's POV.~

The Gilinskys parents have been on a business trip for a while so I've been staying at the house with Jake while Jack did whatever the fuck Jack did.

I turn 18 tomorrow and I'm so ready to quit this job,I'll never have to talk to Jack again.

Jake was at a friends house so I decided to go to my best friend,Ava's house.

Once I pulled up I saw a black jeep that looked just like Jacks.

Weird.

I walked in through the front door and sat my stuff done on the island.

"I'm home bitch!"I yelled.

"Ashton?!"Ava yelled.

I walked into the living room to see Ava,Ava's older sister Ally,and Jack fucking Gilinsky.

"What is he doing here?"I asked and sat down beside Ava.

Jack had his arm around Ally and was smirking.

"Oh you don't know?Jack and I are dating."Ally smiled.

And for some reason when she said that I felt something in the pit of my stomach.

Butterflies?no.

Happiness?that for sure wasn't it.

Jealousy?No that cannot be it,I hate Jack.

Right?

"Aw I'm so happy for you guys."I fake smiled.

"Yup we just started dating yesterday."Jack smiled.

That's where he was yesterday.got it.

"Well I gotta go."I said getting up off the couch.

"See you guys later."I sighed.

"Where are you going?You just got here."Ava said,she knew something was up.

She's my best friend for Christ sakes.

"I gotta go pick up Jake."I lied,he's not coming home until 3:00 and its 12:30.

I walked into the kitchen,grabbed my things,and left.

I haven't talked to my parents all week so I decided to stop by the house.

I walked inside the house and my nose was instantly filled with the smell of alcohol.

Weird.

"Mom?"I called out.

I walked into the kitchen that reaked of alcohol and saw my mom stumbling around with numerous empty bottles of alcohol on the counter.

"Come here you little bitch."She grabbed Me by my hair and slammed me against the wall causing me to cry out in pain.

"Mom stop you dru-"I was cut off my my cheek stinging.

She slapped me.

She fucking slapped me.

By now I was crying.

"You're grounded for life!"She yelled at me.

"Get your ass upstairs now before I beat the shit out of you."She slurred.

I obeyed and started walking towards the stairs.

I was about to step on the first one when I felt someone push me down and my head hit the step.

"Fuck!"I cried.

"I said go upstairs now!"She screamed again.

I quickly ran up the stairs and into my room and locked the door.

My mom was beating on it and yelling at me to open up but I didn't.

I finally found my phone and called Ava.

One ring...

Two rings...

Three rings...

No answer.

I called a couple more times and she wasn't answering.

Jake had called and asked if he could stay another night,of course i pulled it together and got the word 'yes' out.

I decided to call the only other person who might come get me.

"Jack?"I answered.

"What do you want?"He asked.

"Please,come get me."I cried.

"What's wron-where are you?"He asked.

I told him my address and he hung up.

I grabbed a bag and put some clothes in it along with my phone.

I slipped on my tennis shoes and opened my window.

My room was towards the front which meant I had a window that lead to the front of the roof.

Soon jacks keep pulled up and I jumped down and ran to his jeep and slammed the door.

My mom ran out of the door stumbling over every step she took.

"Go go go!"I yelled and jack did as told.

Oh  shitttttt went down.

Just so you know commenting 'update' only hurts my feelings and pressures me and then I try to hurry with chapters and they're not as good.
