A few days ago

"The world is wrong."
Everything was like dead poetry:
an unfinished literature that will remain buried.
Minho was staring at her with a perplexed expression.
What is she talking about?

"Look at us, after everything -
we're burdened with many troubles,
we live with fear and doubt.
This will go on for eternity."

Brenda answered the unspoken question.
Looking back, the world has always been a puzzle piece.
The stories,
the warped pictures,
the remain of a certain memory.

Even when you look at a person's eyes there's always that mantra.

—  what do you live for?
— why do you survive?
— what are you fighting for?

"What do you want Brenda? Tell me."

"Freedom. I want my freedom."
Brenda's lower lip was trembling.
"Thomas showed me what it's like."

Minho stared at her unbelievably.
"You're still not over the shank, are you?"

"I still love him.
I love Thomas,
and I will carry this burden for the rest of my life."

Minho chose to notice how tired Brenda looked, it was as if she hadn't eaten a single thing in days.
"Hey, you really should take a rest, I'll watch over him."

Brenda grabbed his arm.
"Listen,"
she hesitates, as if debating if she should trust him or not.
"Lately, I've been having strange dreams ... visions."

"And?"

She shut her eyes.
"I don't know. I don't understand."
Her eyes were burning with frustration.
"But, I do know one thing. I mean, all of my visions are connected and I think it has something to do with -"
She stops, shivering slightly, whispering her next words so that Minho barely heard them.
"The Doppelganger Triangle."

"What the shit is that –"

Brenda ignored him.
"It's a perpetual chain of three men squad, destined with the same fate. There was a God, who rejected the offer of the ocean, and instead took over the thunder to destroy. The moon who was destined to bring peace. So close yet so far, both god have strived to catch up with the sun. Because, the moon and the sky was inlove with the sun. You do know what this means didn't you?"

Minho shook his head. No he didn't.

"Thomas, Teresa and ... someone else - someone from the past, I - I–"

"Hey, hey. Take it easy."
Minho said carefully.

She took a shaky breath and continued.
Minho swore he would deny everything he'd hear from this moment on.

"It means, that the universe will not stop until it gets what it wants. It won't stop from tearing Thomas and Teresa apart."

Paradise
Now

She said she loved purple.
but lately all she wore was black.
Brenda wore a black dress the whole day,
black skirt,
black tube.
They'd come in handy.
She got out in the balcony,
facing the moon in a different angle –
slowly, she was weeping.
