Okay. So I read this article that apparently people who make anime fan art or cosplay are going to be considered "criminals"

First off: wtf?
Second off: don't believe that shiz because our anime doesn't have an effect on the world. We do it cuz we're being creative.

So if you read it, don't believe it. It's a load of bull crap
