Kendra watched the door close and went to run from the soldiers but she hadn't even taken a step before they began shooting. Not knowing what else to do she curled into a ball and closed her eyes waiting for death to claim her and was surprised when it chose not to do so. She turned curious as to what had happened and saw the queen lying dead on the ground riddled with bullet holes. It took a few moments for her to realize the queen had used her own body to shield her.
She stood staring for several moments before she realized the other two xenos where writhing on the ground from the pain of their queens death. Suddenly she heard the men begin to laugh at the two aliens pitiful noises, as soon as this registered she felt it. The darkness began to devour her mind and she sank deep into a murderous rage, the last thing she saw was the terrified looks on the men's faces before the darkness claimed her forcing her to surrender her senses to oblivion.
When she came to she wasn't surprised to see the walls, ceiling and floor coated with blood, guts and gore. She looked around and found the two aliens standing next to their queen with their heads bowed in respect to their once powerful ruler. She stood and almost fell backwards when a strange weight behind her nearly caused her to lose her balance. She turned to find what was stuck to her and was stunned by what she saw. "Ummm...guys.......why the hell do I have a tail"
