" He's not worth your tears " Peter kept saying while rubbing my back .He kept saying sweet things to me . I then realized he had seen me cry . Fathers words stayed in my mind.
" Mia , never and I mean ever show emotion. If you do they will know you're weakness. It will show you're weak . Always wear a blank expression around people even if it includes your friends. You'll never know , one will spill your secrets to get power"
Taking deep breaths I pulled away from Peter . Looking at him I gave away a blank expression with no emotion what so ever .
He looked at me and frowned
" Don't do that , it's no healthy "
" Don't do what ? " I asked with a cold expression.
I noticed him flinch from fear .
" Not showing emotion, it's not healthy for you to keep all your emotions inside"
" It's kind of you to care for your soon -to -be Alpha Female , I'm asking you nicely to drop it . Don't ever mention what ever happened today ." I said coldly.
He bowed his head , showing respect .
" Yes Alpha "
" Beta Peter I'll be going home to meet with Alpha and Luna Heart . I'll be there if you need anything "
He once again nodded
" Yes Alpha "
Giving one more glance, I headed out side going straight towards my car.
Entering my car , I let out a shaky breath . What the hell have I done ? I just used my alpha tone on my best friend of 11 years !? My mate has a girlfriend that he might love . Why moon goddess did you give me a human as a mate ?
Starting up the engine I was off

Entering the gates from my house I parked my car inside the garage. Running inside I smelt my mothers sent that lead into the kitchen.
" Mom ! Mom !"
Mother ran and met me half way .
" Honey ! Honey what's wrong ?"
" Is father home "
She looked at me closely
" He left to check the pack , why what's wrong ?"
" Good"
Her facial expression was confused until she saw tears falling down my face . In a flash mother stood in front of me .
" Honey what's wrong "

I said in one whole breath
She pulled me into tight embrace
" Honey , I have no idea what you told me "
I let out another shaky breath
" My mate is a human, he has a girlfriend who is also a human. He kissed her in front of me in lunch room, mom it was horrible." I then sob into my moms shoulder.
She then pulled away from me , looking up I notice her eyes were now black . Crap , Crap , Crap.
" Who dares to hurt my pup's feelings , the daughter of Luna and Alpha Heart"
I shook my head
" Mom *hiccups* this *hiccups* isn't *hiccups* the * hiccups * time for that *hiccups* it's time for you to act like a mother * hiccups "
Mothers eyes turned back into light blue eyes .
I sobered up , my eyes showing no emotion.
" Mom if you'll excuse me I'll be upstairs "
Making my way towards my door , I felt my mother grab my arm.
" Darling , I'm sorry . Please talk to me"
I shook my head
" I'm fine , really " lie
She sigh
" Fine , if you need anything tell me "
I nodded
" Okay , I'll be in my room if you need anything "
She nodded
Running upstairs I jump into my queen size bed . Who knew finding a mate would be this hard.
