The conversations

I have

can warm my heart,

and my iPod

has all the advice

I'll need.

Strangers in bars

can fill me like you did,

my friends can

supply my affection.

Everywhere on my body

you touched,

I can touch too,

and ice cream is there

to ease my pain.

Everything you can do for me,

you should know,

can be replaced

and done just as well.

So before you leave forever,

I must ask,

how is it 

that I still crave your fingers

when I have plenty of my own?

You can't offer me anything

that I can't get somewhere else,

so what makes you so special

and why are you all I think about

at night?
