It was another hot day in the gym, the sound of volleyballs hitting the floor with a thud making my ears ring uncomfortably, In the corner of my eye I notice Noya-San pat Yamaguchi on the back, I shake it off, just a Senpai doing what a Senpai does I guess
That's until I hear the orange shrimp squeal in excitement, maybe Kageyama had sent him another toss
''Free hugs!'' He squeals, I shoot my head in his direction and see him dump himself in Yamaguchi's arms, Yamaguchi stands awkwardly and laughs a little
My insides tick a little
"A-AH Hinata what are you doing?" Yamaguchi giggles, smiling gently down at the red head
"Your back says free hugs so I came over to hug you silly!" Hinata giggles, squeezing Yamaguchi's waist again
"How did that get there?" Yamaguchi furrows his eyebrows, pulling the sign off his back
A guilty Noya steps up
"we were talking yesterday after you and Tsukishima left about how huggable you looked but since Tsukishima is always hanging around you we can't hug you" Noya that sneaky bastard!
Yamaguchi doesn't blush, he doesn't get sweaty or mutter
He smiles widely and outstretches his arms, Noya's eyes light up and everyone runs into his arms, and I mean everyone, even Kiyoko
My insides clench tighter and I clench my fists, I throw my stuff into my bag and storm out, why couldn't Yamaguchi see that I wanted his hugs to myself, that I wanted his smell for myself, not some stupid team
I sit on this step and angrily growl, bringing out my phone, I look back through the door crack to see everyone still hugging, except Yamaguchi's not there anymore, the door slides open and I jump, looking up
Yamaguchi stands with his beautiful freckles and beautiful well- him
I click my tongue and turn away, noticing his sigh
"What's wrong Tsukki?" He asks, sitting carefully beside me
"Nothing" everything
"That's a lie Tsukki" he chuckles, and god it's the most gorgeous thing I've ever heard
"shut up Yamaguchi" I spit, glaring at him
"WHATS WRONG WITH YOU LATELY!" He suddenly shouts, and I look at him with wide eyes
"NONE OF YOUR BUISNESS" I scream back, making him flinch
"DONT LIE TO ME, IM YOUR BEST FRIEND" he growls
"IM- IM JEALOUS ALRIGHT, IS THAT WHAT YOU FUCKING WANNA HEAR?! I DONT LIKE THEM TOUCHING YOU SO CASUALLY" I look away and blush
Before I can ever breath Yamaguchi's arms are wrapped around my middle
"If you wanted a cuddle you could have just said nerd" he snickers into my back and I blush, nuzzling into his hair
