The Date and Confession

Serena's POV

I woke up this morning, felling safe that I was in my own body again. The morning was alright, same as normal, until

"Okay Serena, we need to get you spiffy for your date." Bonnie says to her.

"Huh, what?" Serena said, then realized what Bonnie said. "WHAT?!"

"I told you about this yesterday." Bonnie answered.

"Okay then, refresh me." says Serena

TIMESKIP

Bonnie refreshed Serena on what was said.

"So, when I'm I'm doing this?"

"Tonight." Bonnie said.

"What do I say?" Serena asked.

"Anything, really." She answered.

Clement then finished cooking and when he said that it was ready Ash ran out of his tent raring to go.

"So after lunch," Bonnie whispered "You'll tell him with that dress on bought."

"What does a dress have to do with everything?" I asked.

"Well, I told Clement, and he prepaid a five star restaurant, then after dinner you tell him."

"Oh okay." Serena said. She had told Bonnie that she liked Ash but didn't have anything to prove it. So she was shocked at this.

AFTER LUNCH

I walked over to Ash, who was sitting on a log finishing his 5th helping of Clement's sandwiches.

"Hey Ash?" I ask him, nervously.

"Yes?" He answered.

"Do you want to go out on a date soon?

"Yeah, sure." He said.

'Yesss' Serena screamed in her head.

"Okay, be ready in an hour." I tell him.

"Alright." He says, going into his tent.

An hour later we met at the fancy restaurant. Ash was in a semi-formal shirt and dress pants while I wore the dress he got me.

"Serena, your wearing the dress, great!" He says.

I blushed for a minute.

"Let's go inside"

We go up to the waitress

"Table for Yvonne." I say and she directs us to or table.

"Wow this place if fancy." Ash says in awe.

"Yeah. Clement paid for it." I explain.

"What?" Ash exclaimed

"He must get a lot of money being a gym leader." I say

We a big conversation and after dinner we go out to the garden.

"Um Ash," I ask.

"Yeah Serena?" He answered

I muster up the courage to tell him.

"Ash I-I love you." I tell him, blushing.

I turned away. I look at him in the corner of my eye. Instead of saying anything he look at me dumbfounded. I then tuned my head to feel lips on mine. It was Ash!

We broke apart after a minute.

"Serena, I love you too. I realized that yesterday and early this morning when I was laying down." He said.

"Oh Ash!" I say crying.

He then hugged me and kissed me again.

"When should we tell the others?" I ask.

Ash then said: "Oh they'll find out soon enough."
