"Hi." I open my eyes to see Rue.

That little 12 year old girl.

"Hi." I say.

She smiles and walks away.

Why did she say hi and walk away?

"Hey you ready?" Peeta says.

"Yeah I'm ready." I say and stumble getting up.

I stand up straight and Peeta stands by my side.

Our chariot starts moving and soon leaves that underground cave area.

Soon I see Capitol people yelling and screaming out names. All of the Districts tributes look at us.

We're on fire.

Peeta takes my hand but I take it out of his.

"Come on they'll love it." He says.

He takes my hand and we raise our hands.

It defiantly increased the screams.

Soon were stopped in front of the presidents mansion.

He makes his speech and soon were circling back into the underground cave and stop.

Effie, and my prep team run up to us and congradulate us. Soon Haymitch comes up and says "Good job sweetheart." But something catches his eye and he looks over to my left.

I turn to look at what he's looking at and I see it.

The boy from District 2 smirking at me.

I glare and scowl and turn on my heel and walk into the elevator with Effie and Haymitch.

"Hey I need you two in head command." A peace keeper says.

"Okay." They say and Haymitch and Effie leave with the peacekeeper.

Peeta went to eat. The elavator doors are so close to closing before a finger stops it.

I look through the small crease and see a icy blue eye.

Soon the doors open and I see its the District 2 boy.

"Hurry up and shut the door before my mentor finds me." He says in a deep, rough, and fast tone.

I shut the door and we go up.

"Where are you getting off?" I question.

He ignores my question so I decide to finally look at him.

Spiky blonde hair, Icy blue eyes, and dressed in a gladiators costume.

"Did you hear me?" I question at him.

"Yes okay I heard you." He says and the doors open to my penthouse I walk out of the elevator and so does he.

"What are you doing?" I say.

"Always wondered how District 12 got the penthouse." He mutters.

"What was that?" I say.

"Nothing." He says.

"Whatever." I say and walk to my room.

I sit down on my bed and soon he comes in and sits down too.

"Why are you here?" I ask again.

"Just waiting till my mentor gives up looking for me because we had a fight and I yelled at her." He says simply.

"Oh okay." I say and go to my closet.

I can feel his eyes on me.

I pick out a black v neck, skinny jeans, and pink vans. I walk into my bathroom and shut and lock the door.

I get dressed into the outfit and put the costume in the laundry basket.

I walk out and he's still sitting there.

Looking at me.

"Will you stop looking at me!" I yell angry.

"Okay okay jeez you sure your not a career?" He says and chuckles.

"Yeah I'm sure." I spit out.

He looks taken aback/ shocked.

I walk over to him and go to slap his face but he catches my hand.

"My names Cato." He says with a smirk.

"Katniss is my name beating your ass is my game." I say with a smirk.
