We just reached Brendan's House. I headed over there with Garroth and Dante. We up to the door and I knock. Aphmau opens the door to surprise.
"Aphmau? You're--" I try to say but before I can finish, she continues. "Well, HELLO! We had to be invited. If you did forget..it's your birthday?" Aphmau nudges. Right, it's my birthday. I'm turning 24 today and I didn't say anything cause I thought nobody would care!
"You thought WE didn't care?! Of course, we don't forget anyone's birthday! It's like the guards forget their own birthdays, who's next? Dante?!"
She smiles and hugs me. I head inside while Dante and Garroth get greeted by Aphmau. Everyone I pass, says happy birthday and I'm greatful.
This might be a perfect birthday after all.
