We walked down to the breakfast bit. I got bacon, scrambled egg and toast with milk. Blaze just got some toast, but I like my food.
"So, age?" She asked me
"17, you?"
"18" I was right, she is older
"so, how did you end up here?" I told her the whole story
"wow, that's pretty bad"
"yeah, I guess. So what about you?" I asked her
"basically I just needed to get out, I'm old enough to have my own life, so that's what I'm doing. I'm working on getting a job and then hopefully my own apartment. Wait, have you got a house?"
"If I did, do you really think I'd be in a hotel right now?" I said back
"I guess not. What do you think about living with me when I get my own place?"
"That actually sounds pretty cool, sure."
It probably wasn't the best idea to agree to live with someone I've just met, but it's the best one I've got.
