Can you fast the whole year? If you can't then no worries you still can get the Thwab, by only fasting for one day which is A'shora, on the 10th of mohram, 24/10. It's a golden opportunity, especially nowadays when maghrib is early and fajr is late. (at least that's in Arab countries).
I forgot to mention that it should be two days either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and sunday. Sorry!!
