Chapter 4: You have...friends?

"Thank God that's over" Anti sighed as I climbed on the bus to go home

"Yeah it's been a long day" I said sitting down. Anti kept the veil around us all day except when I was in class

"I can't wait to get home! We can play video games, and hang out, and eat cookies, and-"

"Whoa Anti calm down! I gotta do homework and study, remember?" I asked him

Anti pouted "Alright"

"Anti...did you unlock the door?" I asked

"No...why?" he asked

"The handle's...broken off" I gulped

"Leave it to me sweetheart!" Anti declared bravely and strode into the house

"Whoa dude! There could be a murderer inside!" I yanked him back out by his sweatshirt hood

"So? I'm your protector" he said "It's my job"

Anti went in ahead of me, I followed close behind. We could hear someone grumbling and muttering from my room. Anti made a motion for me to stay downstairs as he ascended to fight the intruder. I followed anyway to see what was going on

"GOT YA NOW BITCH!" Anti yelled. I heard a crash as Anti presumably jumped on the guy. I ran to my room to see Anti on top of some guy, pinning the guys arms behind him.

"Anti you dumbass it's me!" the guy growled

"Dark? What the flying fuck are you doin here!? This is my job!" Anti got off of him

"I was trying to find you! I kinda got kicked out for awhile" Dark said getting up

I cleared my throat to let them know I was there

"Oh hey Y/N. Dark this is Y/N, the lovely girl I'm protecting. Y/N this is my buddy Darkiplier" Anti introduced us

"I'm not your buddy Anti! Quit calling me that!" Darkiplier growled

I shivered a little. I had read enough stories online to know that Dark was...dangerous

"Anti could I talk to you in private for a moment?" I said. Anti followed me out into the hall

"He...cannot stay here" I said

"What? Why not?" Anti asked

"Because...well...I'm a little scared of him, based off what I've read" I said shyly

"Oh little angel you don't have to be afraid of me. Yeah I'm a little evil at times but I won't hurt you" Dark stuck his head out from my room and leaned on the doorframe

I hid behind Anti "Anti now would be a fantastic time for some protecting over here"

"Easy, easy it's ok. Dark won't hurt or scare you. He's my friend" Anti said

"You have...friends? Demons have friends?" I said amazed

"Well how else are we gonna spend time in hell? It's not exactly all happiness and flowers down there" Dark growled

Jeez Dark had an attitude. I sighed "Ok how many more of you are gonna come to stay at my place?"

"I can stay?" Dark asked tilting his head

"Well I can't exactly let demons go running around on the streets!" I said ticked off that yet ANOTHER person was gonna be roommates with me

"Thanks sweetheart" Dark kissed my cheek lightly and went somewhere else in my house. I blushed deep red

"Don't think of it as anything special. I'm your protector, not him" Anti grumbled

"I never said he was. It's just...a guy's never kissed me before" I said quietly

Anti stared at me in shock "Never?"

"Never"

"Never Ever?"

"Yes we get the point Anti" I said embarrassed "Look...just forget I said anything ok?"

"No...Y/N wait" Anti grabbed me wrist "Don't let Dark treat you like that. If he tries anything...let me know"

I smiled and made probably the best and most impulsive decision in my life. I kissed Anti on the cheek

"Thank you" I whispered hugging him

"Uh...You're Welcome" Anti hugged me back in shock of what had just happened

"Anti are you-" Dark stopped talking as he came back to my room

"Hey Dark" Anti smiled. I giggled a little and kissed him again before heading off to my room, leaving a very shocked Dark and Anti with a bright red tinge to his pale skin

*Anti POV*

"Dark I think she likes me!" I threw my arms around Dark

"ANTI GET THE FUCK OFF ME!" Dark yelled trying to push me off
